I cannot recommend this site. Staff Reply: Sorry to hear of your troubles as well. If the site won't respond to calls for help, CCBill will be your next best bet. They may not be able to get the username working for you, but if you aren't able to access the site, they should be able to assist with a refund at least. I had the same problem.
