As we see so many sites, we sometimes come across content that's easily verifiable as we've seen it elsewhere. Otherwise, we look at a few clues and try to make our best guess. If you'll notice in their 2257 guidelines, it looks like they switched over to in-house content in November, 2010, but before that it was produced by a different company. It could all be exclusive, or not, but your best bet is to take a look at the tour previews, and get in touch with the site directly if you need 100% correct info.
