Some high quality content.
I was really impressed with just how large and sharp the photos are. They've got images that are 2150 x 600 in size and they look really beautiful. Recent video encoding upgrades have also made the movies look sharp.

They've got a decent-sized collection here, with 17,000 photos and 95 videos currently online. A new video is added weekly and new photos are added on the first of each month.

Navigation needs some work.
I'm really not a fan of the layout of the member's area. There are some updates and some categories and it's just not clear where one ends and one begins. Scenes are listed together and I'm not sure why. Sometimes I clicked a thumbnail thinking I was going to a gallery but multiple scenes were mixed together in that single gallery. It was kind of a mess!
Quality varies.
While some of the newer material looks good, there are also plenty sets that could be better. Some of the images are quite a bit smaller and many of the videos suffer from a certain amount of graininess. It's great that things are improving, but members should keep in mind that it's not all high quality.
I'm not convinced that all of this content is exclusive. It varies a lot in terms of quality and style. Also, some of the galleries don't seem complete which is odd to me.

I have mixed feelings about Tokyo Whores. There's some good content here, but it's lost amid a poorly designed site. I know that the site was redesigned not that long ago but I'm still not feeling it. Quality was fine but there's room for some improvement there, as well. The discount pricing helps, but overall I wasn't thrilled. At best, the pros and cons even out for an average site experience.
