Thug Themed Gay Videos, Solo & Hardcore Scenes.

Thug Vids features mostly black and latino guys in gay action with a mix of solo jerking off and hardcore guy/guy sex. There is a scruffy and muscular nature to the guys which fits with the site's thug theme. Overall the collection is weighted a bit more towards the solo guy action and then slightly less of the hardcore.

Lots of Bonus Gay Content Included on Network Sites.

The bonus material of Massive Gay Pass plays a big role here. Thug Vids is one section in that larger group of sites so they can be accessed directly from the Thug Vids member's area. There's an advanced search tool to include or not include other sites in the listing of content. The network does feature all gay content and it's a nice mix of site and guy themes.

Videos are available in consistent formats that are full-scene MP4 downloadable files and in-browser Flash streaming.

Mixed Bag of Content, Some Older/Dated Looking Scenes.

Thug Vids scenes seem like a jumble of non-exclusive content. Some of the scenes have loud audio music like you'd find in an older shoot from a porn movie. Content seems to be a mixture of more recent and older/dated videos. The shoot summaries are general so they don't let you know the source of the content.

Smaller Sized Number of Videos, Updates Have Tailed Off.

Thug Vids has been around for a number of years now and based on our previous TBP reviews the video total used to be into the hundreds. At the time of this review the archive has shrunk to less than one hundred scenes. They seem to have reduced the site's content. Updates haven't been really happening much either any longer.

Average Video Quality, One Format for Downloading.

MP4 downloadable files come in at 640x480 1500-2000k. There aren't any other formats and at that level the specs are a bit lower than we're used to seeing from a lot of sites nowadays. The level sort of reinforces the feel that some of the content is older from a number of years back.

Trial memberships are partial access and they do have join page cross sells. There are also a number of member's area upsell ads.

Some videos have background music instead of audio from the scene. Some scenes have written descriptions and others have that field blank.

Thug Vids is now a smaller ethnic guy gay site with lots of network bonus content.

Thug Vids is best viewed as one part of the larger Massive Gay Pass network. By itself the amount of content is relatively small and they have mixed bag of scenes with some that look quite dated and old. There used to be more content on Thug Vids but now its archive has been reduced and updates are really be made much now. As it stands the ethnic thug theme and bonus content are the best attributes but the site is less impressive than it used to be.
