Design/navigation need work.
I wasn't impressed with the look or set-up of the site. The member's home page is cluttered with banners that stretch on and on beneath the actual content. The actual content is only listed in the order it was added with no additional tools. The simple navigation is ok, considering the size of the site, but if they ever do grow they're going to need more tools.
Quality could be a lot better.
The video quality here wasn't great. The scenes play at up to 1500k and are just 480 x 368 in size. They're pretty grainy. Whenever anyone actually moves, you can see a lot of pixilation. It's not the sharpest collection.
The photos are on the small side. 900x600 isn't awful, but they are a bit small.

There's a daily download limit of 6 videos per day. You can still download the whole collection within a month, but you're stuck watching just 6 a day.
The video collection is hot but the site could be much better.
The videos on Teenybopper Club were very hot. They've got some beautiful models in some steamy hardcore scenes. The site, though, needs work. We need more updates, higher quality content, and a better layout. I think this could be a great teen site if these areas were improved. The good news is that you get network access and there's a discount price in place. All in all, it's worth a look for the hot girls but there's so many ways the site could be stronger.
