For me the European theme is more in play here than the teen niche. Some of the models have a teen look but others are more 20-something pornstar types that don't necessarily fit with what we're used to seeing from teen sites. The European flavor is a big part of the equation with much of the dialogue not being in English. The action is a wide mix with everything from BJ/banging to girl/girl hardcore, and groupsex. Both indoor and outdoor setting can also be found. There's quite a bit of variety considering the size of the site.
Network Bonus Sites Included, Numerous Niche/Fetish Sites.
The included network is a big part of the package here. In fact, the Teens Video News home page lists the other site front-and-center even above its own content. Definitely lots of mature sites are in play but there are other niches too including at least one other teen theme. The Euro style content is a common thread throughout the network.
Videos are available in WMV and MPG format and they do clearly post the specs for each file.
Fairly Low Video Quality, Some Shoots Broken into Parts.
The content quality feels a bit older and out of date here with the WMV and MPG files topping out at bit-rates of 1000k and 1400k respectively. The dimensions are 512x384. No in-browser streaming format is available. While most scenes are in one file there are a number of shoots broken into parts without the full-episode option. Video formatting is a clear weakness here compared to other network/video type sites.
Mixed Bag of Content, Fairly Small Collection.
Teens Video News has been around for about four years and based on that they should have significantly more content than is available. The teen theme is hit-and-miss with many of the models having very much of a pro pornstar feel.
Content dates are all recent which doesn't make sense considering the site has been online for a number of years. Tough to tell what actual updates are like.
No model names are provided and scenes just have generic written summaries. This doesn't feel like original content but I'm not sure.
The downloadable movie files do not have any file size information posted.

Really to me if I had to label this site the largest theme in play would be European rather than teen. It's a grab bag type collection of Euro hardcore scenes with video quality/options that are below average. The included network helps but there are a number of things this site could do to improve the value of the content.
