All of the company's other sites seem to be rotating content, so that seems to be going on here, as well.
You'll find some ads in the member's area. They're not overwhelming but there are several of them that clutter up the page.
The photos are a bit small. They come in at around 800x600 which is too small for these professional galleries.

Rap Video Auditions has a hot set of scenes and they do a good job with the theme of the site. They offer some handy viewing options and the low price and network access make for a good value. The main issues are, as always with this set of sites, the small collection and the update issues. This is actually one of their larger sites, so I'd say it's worth checking out. While it won't take too long to see everything, watching these hot babes in action makes the site definitely worth the price.
