It's not the most unique niche in the world, but they do try to focus on this with fun-colored panties, and they'll even keep them on during the whole scene, even while fucking and what not. The site costs just $15 a month and gets you access to over 20 bonus sites as well.

You get access to 19 other similar sites included with your membership here. All of them focus on content from the same production company, so you may be able to find some models that are familiar, or at least some scenes you like in a similar genre.
Newer videos look great.
It's a pretty even mix between their HD collection and the SD collection, but it's worth the effort to find the little HD logos as the high definition videos look a whole lot nicer here. They come in full 1080p action and look as nice as most HD videos you can see out there, even on some of the newest sites.
The navigation isn't the most robust out there, but the addition of the category search is definitely nice to see.
At $15 a month thanks to the discount they've setup for us, it's one of the cheaper sites you'll come across out there.
The download speeds came in pretty quick here. They maxed out my connection speed using a download manager, and came close standard browser download.
Older quality isn't as good.
Once you get past the HD videos they have, things do take a bit of a downhill turn. They get more to standard, old-school DVD quality, which isn't nearly as good as what they're putting these days. It still makes up a solid part of their collection, so it's something to keep in mind.
Could use some growth; updates are a bit slow.
They're just over the 80 scene mark overall, which isn't the smallest we've seen, but they could use some growth for sure. They only add a new scene every other week, so it's on the slow side unfortunately. I've love to see both of these numbers bumped up overall.
There are a few ads in the member's area which definitely make the site feel a little more cluttered than it needs to be.
There are no zip files available here for the photo galleries, which may be annoying for some.
Nothing too over the top, but the scenes aren't bad and the quality is good.
Panty Pops is pretty middle of the road in a lot of ways, but it might work if you really like the content, or like some of their bonus sites. The panty theme is pretty generic, though like I said, they do keep the panties on throughout the entirety of the scene which is a little different from the norm. The quality is also decent for about half the collection, while the rest is more standard. I could use more updates overall, and more content. Otherwise, there's nothing really wrong here, but there's just not a huge reason to check it out, either.
