Panty Fantasies didn't do much for me. A collection of non-exclusive photos that are average quality and may or may not be updating wasn't very exciting, despite all the cute girls in panties. The network access is something, at least, and the first month of access is cheap enough, just be sure to cancel if you don't want to end up paying quite a bit more. All in all, there's nothing here that I can't find in a hundred other sites and there's nothing here to make Panty Fantasies stand out from the rest.
