03-28-12 5:35am	David	CCBill are a rip off. MC quote US$19.95 and one Australian dollar is worth US$1.04 but CCBill want to charge $20 dollars Australian. That is typical of CCBill they always seem to overcharge !! If they charged $19.95 I have no complaint but they cheat! MC state can be billed either by CCBill or Epoch but there is no choice only CCBill displays as the biller so I will not join! Staff Reply: Sorry to hear of your troubles. I'm not sure how CCBill does their conversions for different currencies, but I assume they just pass on any exchange fees that their bank may charge them, which may include a small discrepancy. Since it's less than $1 difference, I wouldn't be too concerned that they're trying to cheat anything. CCBill are a rip off.
