11:12am 		Anonymous You say Download Managers are not allowed, yet DLM statistics are still reported!

Staff Reply: Sometimes sites do not allow download managers in their terms and conditions, which is where we get the info for the site listing. However, the reviewers may be able to get it working, so they report what they find as well. You may wish to contact the site and ask them to clarify their position.

"Do you have a download limit?"

In order to keep our servers as fast as possible, we have instituted a download limit. You may download 4 GBs of content every 24 hours. If you download more, your account will be blocked for 24 hours, and then become active again 24 hours after the block began.

But this does not appear in their terms and conditions. you have to become a user to see this
