Only one video format.
Videos are only offered in one format (wmv) with one quality setting. There are no other formats and the streaming option was only added recently.
No recent updates.
The last new scenes were added five months ago. Before then, updates were coming consistently every week. They stopped suddenly and there's no sign of if they're coming back.
There are no descriptions, dates, file sizes, or run times on any of the videos. You get the model names and that's it.
Logging in is a bit of a pain. You have to enter your username and password twice and then have your ip address verified through the company. It's a bit much, if you as me.

The lack of updates was disappointing, however, and the site could be more user-friendly. The cost is average, as is the rest of the overall experience. All in all the niche collection is worth checking out but there's room to improve.
