The site is average in terms of both quantity and quality. While these are separate issues, neither is bad enough to deserve it's own post but it is still worth mentioning.

Debbie's a cutie but her small, inactive site just doesn't deliver. There's nothing going on here and the content she has isn't enough to go on either, especially at $30 a month. The network access helps, though, so if you're looking for a cute teen network this one is worth considering, just keep in mind you'll make it through all of Debbie's content pretty quick.
