Based on past reviews and info TBP has on the site I think they used to have downloads but at the time of this review things are Flash player only.

The HD section with the higher quality movies is significantly smaller than the main videos section. There are just around four pages of videos in the HD compared to over sixteen in the main area so it does constitute a minority of the collection.
Non-Exclusive Collection, Unsure About Updates.
Content here is a mixed bag of scenes from various porn studios. It isn't exclusive and is a blend of different sources so the collection has newer and older stuff. I even saw one tranny scene on the recent updates log which makes no sense to me on this type of ebony site. The update lot shows one movie added per day but the actual site size/growth doesn't support that as the pace unless they're doing some sort of content rotation.
