Staff Reply: Unfortunately, there is no other field to indicate that there is no download limit for those who pay for downloads. There is both an Important warning at the top of the review and a Major Con mentioning the extra charge. Plus, the Bottom Line mentions the extra charge yet again. But we have also added a note to the special price mentioning the extra charge. There is no note option for the multimonth or yearly memberships, but they too are streaming-only plans.	See Reply

Staff Reply: Thanks for your feedback. Other users have encountered issues with site add-ons (including access to downloads) being charged after canceling their primary membership using ProBiller's online form. Unfortunately, each additional item must be canceled by speaking to a representative via live chat or telephone. Their official policy is to never give refunds, but some people have eventually gotten them.	See Reply

It looks like it's no longer in regular production. Lots of good content there (although like most sites in that network, a lot has gone missing over the last few years), but don't expect anything new. On our end, when we login now and click the videos tab, we see a filter for 4K videos. Have you tried doing that? However, I see that they haven't added a 4K video in a few months, so we will try and get a new review up to reflect that change, but either way, they do have some UHD scenes. If you are still having issues seeing 4K videos, you're best bet is to contact their customer service.	See Reply
