(non-recurring)Kshara Bondage (aka Art of Bondage) is up for review today, and they've been around a while providing fetish content to the world. It looks like the day has come that they've stopped publishing content (back in April, 2009), but their archive is up for everyone to see still. They provide mostly solo girls being tied up, spanked, whipped, etc. as expected on a bondage site. They also do pretty good at giving the girls orgasms as needed to keep them happy as well. They offer a pretty good mix of photos and videos, so there should be something for everyone. $20 gets you in for a month, and it doesn't appear to rebill, probably because the site is stagnant now.
Exclusive BDSM content.
I like finding exclusive BDSM sites like this that shoot all their own stuff, as everyone has a different take on what's exciting and unique. The content here seems to fit the bill well, and I think these guys had fun shooting it. They use all sorts of props for pain (and pleasure!), and vary the scenes enough that there's a pretty wide variety of stuff to see here.
Decent-sized site.
With over 250 videos and almost 400 photo galleries, it's not too small of a collection at all here. They updated steadily for several years and amassed a lot to see. It's a little photo heavy, but a lot of sites were in years past. It won't be growing anymore from my guess, but at least you get a lot for your membership fee here.
All photo galleries have zip files available, which is always a good touch.
No longer updating.
The sad news here is that they no longer update anymore, so don't expect any new content to be published. What they have remains up, and you won't be rebilled or anything, but the lack of updates will definitely hurt them.
Quality could be better.
As this is a bit of an older site, I guess the quality issue is to be expected. Even in their most recent content (April, 2009), the quality is a little behind the times still. The videos are small, and there's lots of compression issues seen compared to the videos we see these days.
Video navigation isn't the best.
For some reason, if you head to the video section specifically, they don't give any thumbnail previews when viewing the list of videos. They do give them in the general updates section, which also has videos, so I'm not sure what the problem is. You can only browse by title in that area, which is weird.
Search feature would help.
With the size of the site here, adding a search feature would really help narrow some of the content down (or at least some category options). Within the BDSM niche they have going, there are a lot of different things to see, and finding specific types of content would really help.
For some reason, they don't offer any streaming or Flash videos, which may annoy some.
A nice archive of BDSM content here, but it's already starting to look dated.
As with most sites that stop updating, they're already starting to look a little dated here. Granted, I'm sure they didn't do a whole redesign and upgrade right before they stopped, so the site is probably the same as it was a few years ago. The collection is decent, and all exclusive, and offers up some nice fetish material. Little things like quality and navigation are definitely behind the times for what we see these days, which is to be expected. At $20, I think it's a decent join, if you do it soon, to check out what they did over the years. As time goes by, I think it'll be worth less and less as current content gets better and better of course.
