Frustrating Signup, Pricing Info After Registration, Many Ads.
The whole signup process here plays right into the hands of those who might think dating sites are more interested in email/user gathering than providing a valuable membership service. Before you can see anything in terms of profiles or even pricing options you must complete a user and email registration. Following that they have a pre-checked cross-sell on the join page. When finally logged in and you go to logout they hit you with a big banner ad splash page. There are also some other ads within the member's area often leading to other similar dating type sites or pay-per-view webcam stuff.
Not Enough Users, Little Results in 'Online Members' or 'Chat'.
Looking at the number of users online three are less than three dozen and the search results are also much thinner than I'd like to see. The chat is not active so the depth just isn't there in terms of the users.
Many member profiles don't have photos up which makes the searching more difficult. Also the distance info (miles away) doesn't seem accurate at all on the listings when you do a search.
