The scenes all appear to be exclusive and they can all be downloaded in multiple MP4 files from low-quality to 1080p. And, as the sitename suggests, there is also a 4K Ultra HD option which looks awesome!
Quality Videos
Not only are the videos high in quality in that they are 4K, but the quality of the productions is also very good. The scenes begin with a very simple set-up (studying, home from a date, painting, making breakfast) but these are very broad setups and there isn't much talking that takes place before the couple (or the three people involved) get to touching and caressing and... The scenes are hardcore and the horny Eastern European teen and coed babes put on a good show. Also, although they don't advertise it as an anal sex site, I saw butt sex in every one of the movies I randomly clicked on.

Not A Lot of Content/Irregular Updating
As I write this there are 49 videos and 33 photo sets. Those numbers aren't great and another issue is that updating seems to be a little slow/irregular. You see, while the last update added about 12 scenes, that was over a month ago and before that they had gone about a month without an update but again, that update added multiple scenes. I like the idea of multiple scenes added every update, but if updates are too far apart than you could end up missing a bunch of new scenes if you don't stick around for more than your first month of membership.
There are fewer photo sets than there are videos because the most recent 13 scenes only come with screencaps, whereas the rest of the scenes provide a set a screencaps and a set of high-quality photos. I'm not sure why they all of a sudden stopped adding pics, but I also noticed that those 13 recent scenes, rather than being marked "exclusive" are marked as either "featured" or "new." Now, when you click into any of the scenes they all say "from exclusive site 4K Desire" so I am not sure why the newer ones are marked differently otherwise. But what I do know is that they only have screencaps.
I liked what they had.
But is there enough of it, that is up to you to decide for yourself. But if it is enough than know that it is all very high quality with hot babes and well-filmed hardcore action. And they are growing - albeit irregularly. And of course all those bonus sites add some very nice value to a membership as well.
