Intro

Mr. Skin is one of those rare sites that walks the line between porn and mainstream. As most people are aware the site has been referenced in mainstream publications and movies some of which are highlighted on the top of the guest tour. Their site says it is 'The #1 Source for Nude Celebes in Movies & TV' and their tagline is 'Fast-Forwarding to the Good Parts'. Both of those are accurate summaries of what the site is all about. Mr. Skin must be doing something right since the site has been around for well over a decade and still going strong.

The Pros

Nude Celeb Video Clips & Pics from Mainstream Films & TV.

While most celebrity sites offer up a jumble of movie/tv stuff, appearances, paparazzi, fake, and other content Mr. Skin zeros in on just content of nude scenes from mainstream films and TV. It's a one stop archive of celeb video clips with screen cap photos of nudity, semi-nude, and sexy clips. The content itself isn't extraordinary but it is the fact that this archive has it all broken down categorized and available in one place. They even mark the minute and second into the movie/tv when the scene takes place.

Huge Archive of Celebs/Movies/Shows, Daily Updates.

The depth and completeness of Mr. Skin's archive is its most valuable asset. They have all the top name celebs, 2nd tier, foreign, and many that quite frankly I never heard of. It includes current, recent, and decades old movies/shows/stars. The content continues to update daily and their track record of constant growth shows you they're still working at adding to what is already a massive collection.

Sharp Design, Excellent Search Tool, Indexes, & Celeb Bios.

The member's area navigation is very user-friendly and overall it has a sharp professional look. Particularly the keyword search is incredible as it auto-fills with names and thumbnail preview pics. The accuracy of that is remarkable. They also have model bios, articles, Skinfo, quotes, and years published fro each movie and tv show. There is a movie/tv index as well as a simple alphabetical celeb index. Advanced search, favorites, and related/recommended similar celebs are also a part of the tools.

WMV/MP4 Downloads, Flash Streaming, Some HD Videos,

The video formatting is straightforward and consistent throughout the archive. They have in-browser Flash streaming which allows for immediate jumping around. WMV and MP4 downloads are also offered and some scene actually have HD 1280x720 which is a nice little extra for celeb content.

Other Good Stuff:

Mr. Skin has a fun and useful 4-star rating system that defines whether a celeb has done no nudity, brief nudity, great nudity, or hall of fame nudity. It's very useful when glancing at a celeb or clip to know how naked or not naked she is.

The Cons

In order to have such a large comprehensive collection the content does include a mix of nude, semi-nude, and sexy non-nude stuff. Sometimes some celebrities have never done any nude scenes so there isn't anything overly exciting for Mr. Skin to draw upon. Depending what celebs you're interested in there may or may not be nudity available.

Non-Exclusive Content from Movies/TV, Many Short Clips.

As there are nude clips from mainstream movies and tv they are not overly long segments usually. Often it can be just a brief glimpse or a few seconds long. Of course the content isn't exclusive as this site merely categorizes mainstream stuff and puts in all in one place for viewing.

Minor Negatives:

In the celeb bio/background info they often reference other performers or movie/tv shows but those things are not hyperlinked for quick navigation. There are also some member's area ads/upsells.

The value of Mr. Skin is and always has been the fact that they have a full compilation of nude movie/tv scenes housed all in one location. They do a nice job of cataloging and cross-referencing celebs and movies/shows. She sheer size and completeness of the archive is certainly something that makes it so worthwhile. They continue on updating and have little touches like the blog and Mr. Skin videos that add some personality as well.
