Intro

Dirty Doctor is up for review today, and the idea here is to film girls in a doctor's office setting (pretty much like an OB/GYN setup) where this old dude examines here, maybe does a few tests on her, and then sees how well she fucks (or similar) - wash, rinse, repeat. The scenes are all similar to each other, but the niche is unique at least. $30 a month gets you in the door here, and that also gets you access to all their bonus network sites as well.

The Pros

All videos come in HD.

The quality here is definitely one of the perks, and one of two things that helps the site stand out a bit from the crowd. All of the videos they come here (which don't number terribly high) come in high definition at least.

Network access included.

There are around 30 sites total that you get access to with your membership here. There are some more doctor sites, as well as quite a few other random fetishes you can get yourself into. Since there's so little to see here, the network access could come in quite handy.

Unique doctor scenes.

The theme here is the other main thing that sets them apart from the crowd in my opinion. Once you're inside, the scenes can be a little similar to each other, but the niche itself is definitely different. They're in a doctor's office, and they go from exam to hardcore in swift fashion. There's also a pretty big element of older dude and younger gal sex here.

Other Good Stuff:

There are some decent video options here. You can choose from a WMV, MKV, FLV, and MP4 download, plus the flash streaming option.

The Cons

Very small site; no updates in over a month.

There are under 20 scenes up currently, which is just way too damn small to make up a member's area. I'd look for at least 100 scenes as a nice base minimum, which doesn't look like it'll be coming anytime soon, if at all. The updates were coming in nicely then completely stopped over a month ago. I don't know if they're done for good, or what.

Minor Negatives:

The file sizes that they list for the videos are off for some reason. They are pretty specific, like kind of script is grabbing that info, so I'm not sure where the problem is there exactly.
They log you into this site initially, but the main content you see first is from their network as a whole. It's kinda confusing on just how to get to this site's content only.
While they have videos, there are no photo galleries here at all, which may disappoint some.

Bottom Line

A few okay scenes, but even with the pros here, there's just way too little to see.

Dirty Doctor has a fun little niche, a 100% HD collection, exclusive content, and some good network sites. However, despite all that, there's just way too little here to get excited about. They need more content ASAP, and I'm not so sure that's coming at this point with their current record. All they need to do is get updates on track and then give it some time here. For now, I'd check it out in passing in the network, but that's about it.
