Intro

Bars and Stripes is a female prison-themed spanking site with pictures and videos of hot bad girls paying the price for their crimes. They're humiliated and abused, as they serve their time behind bars. The tour gives members a good look at the kind of action you'll see inside for your $30 a month.

The Pros

Unique, exclusive collection.

Bars and Stripes has an interesting theme to that play out to the fullest. The rooms look like genuine prison cells. Scenes include time in solitary and sick bay and other locations that impressed me to have included with the theme. And then, of course, there's the action. The girls are stripped down on intake, subject to full cavity searches, and spanked and paddled for any infractions. You'll see them in prison fights, solitary confinement, and even propositioning the guards for special treatment. It really is an entertaining collection with scenes you won't find anywhere else.

Good-size site.

Bars and Stripes has been online for seven years and they've built up an impressive collection in that time. There are currently 485 galleries and 620 video clips on the site. Keep in mind that each individual scene may have multiple galleries and clips associated with it, but that's still a good amount of content!

Other Good Stuff:

Photos can be downloaded in zip files.
The site is easy enough to navigate, thanks to a model index and categories.

The Cons

Not a fan of all the scene segments!

Each scene is divided into multiple segments and the segments are added to the site every other day. It makes it look like updates are coming often, but ultimately you end up waiting a month or two before all the 5 galleries and videos are added for the scene. It draws things out and makes the site more complicated than it needs to be.

No video viewing options.

All of the scenes need to be downloaded as wmvs. There are no other formats and there's no streaming option. This was especially annoying since the scenes are broken up into so many segments. There's no way to download one entire scene in one file. It's a very basic viewing offering.

Average quality content.

The photos and videos don't look bad, but there's definitely some room for improvement. The photos were fairly sharp, but most seemed to be around 900 x 600 in size. As for the videos, they go up to 1500k and 750 x 576. They're not awful, but they could definitely be bigger and sharper.

Minor Negatives:

The Prison Diary hasn't been updated since 2007. It's a shame, but that was an entertaining read.

Bottom Line

The prison-themed scenes are very entertaining but the site could use a few minor upgrades.

Bars and Stripes really does a great job with the prison theme. I was impressed with their attention to detail and how they've managed to create a variety of action within the niche. There's a lot to see here and it's some very entertaining material. There is room for improvement, however. The quality could be bumped up. I'm also not a fan of all the segments but I don't see that changing. All in all, at $30 a month, I think it's a really nicely done site and one that I would recommend to fans of spanking, paddling, and prison themes.
