Virtual Panty Girls is just one of your crazy kinky panty sites brought to you by the folks over at the All Panty Pass Network. For those of you tired of real chicks, this site offers virtual ones where fantasy meets reality in the form of perfect bodies, perfect features and sexy sleek outfits can be created. Currently there are just 22 videos but more than 159 image galleries being offered along with Network access for $21.38 per month.

The Pros

Virtual Panty Themed Content.

This is your virtual version of a panty themed site offering hot virtual models. It's not perfect, but they do stick to the panty theme pretty well, but you'll also find them in latex suits, short shorts, lingerie and more. The bulk of the content here are images, but there are a handful of videos here, too.

Other Good Stuff:

Some good quality scenes can be found inside. It's not consistent and I'd say overall there could be a boost in quality, but I did find a few video scenes with 720p sizing and 2000k - 4000k bitrate speeds. These looked good. Image sizing is not consistent but the quality is overall good.
Silverlight streams available & ZIPs for the image sets.

The Cons

Site Design Too Basic. No Browse, User or Download Options.

This is one of the most basic site designs I've seen in a while. The main member's area page simply lists the content and you can click back and forth between them. There is no clear update schedule in the member's area, no ways to browse all the scenes with multiple sorting/filtering ways, no real categories, nothing. Videos are click and play without any download options..

Overall Quality Could be Better.

While there are some videos to be found with 2500k bitrate speeds the norm should something closer to HD these days. Image sizing is stuck at 1280p and the inconsistencies in quality is noticeable with quality showing its age.

Likely Non-Exclusive Content.

While there may be some exclusive content here, I highly doubt it. Everything feels so sourced and generic. The inconsistencies in quality yet, the standardizing generic feel of the content, all count towards this conclusion.

Minor Negatives:

Although some of the content is date stamped, not all of it is and considering there has been no actual growth here for months, it's likely that content is being rotated through or misleading date stamps are given.

Bottom Line

Virtual girls wearing panties, latex and more with Network access.

For a panty lover I wonder how appealing it is to see virtual babes in panties? But if that's what you're after then there is a decent collection of it here. I'd say they keep on point pretty well overall, but veer off just a little bit from the strict panty theme. And even though updates are seemingly being added, there is some question as to whether or not content is being rotated through due to lack in increase of actual image sets/videos. Overall this is a decent addition to a fetish Network, but not a great site on its own.
