Intro

Alexis Texas is a beautiful blond pornstar who burst onto the adult scene in 2006. Since then, she has become well-known for her fantastic ass, even having won awards for it. She has appeared on all the big sites and has starred in dozens of films. In 2010, she was named by Maxim as one of the 12 top female stars in porn. Today we're looking at her official website, where fans can get to know the starlet a little better.

The Pros

Sexy collection with some original scenes.

Alexis is gorgeous and she offers members a nice mix of hardcore, lesbian, and softcore scenes. Much of her collection is exclusive and won't be found anywhere else. All of the scenes are very professionally done so this is really a collection geared towards pornstar fans.

High quality content.

This is a professional collection of one very hot pornstar. Alexis has obviously worked with some talented photographers and she's got the content to show for it. Her pictures are sharp and professional and interesting. They go up to 1600x1200 in the zip files. The videos also look good. Her newest scenes include a high definition mp4 option that looks smoking. I can't wait until she has even more HD.

Other Good Stuff:

Photos can be downloaded in zip files which offer larger, 1600x1200, photos.
Videos are offered as mp4s in up to four quality settings and there's a good streaming Flash option that previews the scenes as you scroll forward in it.

The Cons

Small site.

Alexis's site is still quite small. There are just 53 galleries and 52 videos online. It's not bad, but it won't take long to see everything.

No browse tools.

The set-up here is fairly basic. You can browse the photos and videos in the order they were added, but there are no additional sort tools. There are no categories for the site either. There's a network search, but that can't be narrowed down by site. This is standard fare for a solo model site, but I'd still like to see more navigational features.

Infrequent updates.

Updates aren't coming to the site all that often. A new video was added last week, but before that it was a month since the last one was added. She hasn't added any new photo galleries in 2.5 months. The schedule is very hit or miss.

Minor Negatives:

Most of the videos are not high definition. They don't look bad, they're just not HD.
There's not much interaction with Alexis here. She doesn't keep a blog and her last webcam show was months ago. She's around, but not terribly active in her site.

Bottom Line

A very sexy model with some high quality scenes, but not a lot else going on.

Alexis Texas is a gorgeous babe and I know her fans will love this hot collection of hers. Her new high definition videos are beautiful, and the network access and discount price make for a good value. On the other hand, the site is pretty small and there's not a lot going on, either in terms of updates or interaction. There's no doubt that these are areas the site could improve upon. All in all, the site is worth a look for Alexis' fans, but I hope for more in the future.
