Intro

Panty Maniacs pretty much tells you what the site is all about in the title. It is indeed a softcore collection of chicks in panties with a mix of both video scenes and photo galleries. A couple other items worth noting right away is that this is exclusive content and they are mostly or all UK/European models which does add another element to the collection. The samples provided on the guest tour are a nice representation of the models and style of shoots that is available to members.

The Pros

Exclusive Panty Fetish Content, Softcore Content & Euro Models.

Panty Maniacs sticks to their stated panty theme throughout with softcore solo model stripping/posing in all types of panties. The girls are a nice mix that covers a range including those who look like pros, semi-pros, and amateurs. The vast majority are white however there are a few black and ethnic girls in there too which add some nice variety.

Large Collection of Both Video Scenes & Photo Galleries.

This is a well established site with a track record of content going back a number of years. Both the video scenes and photo galleries total over a thousand each and there are hundreds of models all of which are quite respectable numbers for a panty site of this kind.

Full-Scene WMV Downloads, Nice Looking Pics w/ Zips.

Video options have progressed over the years and newer additions for the last few years have full-scene WMV, MPEG, and iPod formats. The older videos just have the WMV but are still full-scene files. Photos come in at 1442x961 that can be viewed online and saved in zips. While not anything overly special they do have the basics covered with the current set-up.

Other Good Stuff:

All content items are date-stamped with update info showing when they were added to the site. Updates are made daily with alternating between videos and photo galleries.
The design is clean and easy enough to use with separate video, photo, and model index sections.
Clear file size info is posted for the newer video files and all the gallery zips.

The Cons

Average to Slow Downloads, Fewer Options on Older Videos.

Download speeds can vary based on location or when you're accessing content however my speeds were on par with our previous TBP reviews which were around 300-400KB/sec. This is a touch slower than I'm used to seeing from the majority of paysites I look at. Download manager aren't compatible here for the videos (test software: IDM). The older videos have just the WMV format and the quality/specs do drop-off as well so that's also something that somewhat impacts the content value.

No Model/Shoot Info, Seem Like UK/Euro Models but No Details.

With so many models and content some details would have been welcome but they don't have any model bio info or shoot summaries. The models are a mix of pros and amateurs plus they seem like Euro chicks so the lack of info makes things a bit stale. I also would have liked to have seen a way to search or filter by age, ethnicity, or physical traits which isn't currently available.

Minor Negatives:

No in-browser Flash streaming format. The streaming is more basic with the WMV/MPG/QT formats.
Older photos are more average sized at around 1024x683. None of the galleries have multiple image sizes as each is available in only one level.
There is a daily download limit as noted above in the site facts section.

The other

Credit card processing is done thru CCBill which makes things straightforward and should be familar to most users.

Bottom Line

This sizable panty themed site has softcore videos & photos featuring UK/European models.

The positive items outweigh the negatives here as Panty Maniacs does nicely in terms of quantity, updates, and there I like the group of models they've assembled. The main negatives are the varying content quality/options and that no info is provided for the models or scenes. Surfers looking for softcore panty action should find numerous things to like about what's available here.
