Intro

Joanna Angel describes herself as the "punk rock princess of porno". She delivers nicely on that theme with her punk hair, tattoos, piercings, and overall style that really is thoroughly punk. Her site has been online for a number of years and she has photos and videos of her in everything from solo stripping/posting to girl/girl to boy/girl with everything up to DP action. Her site is from Burning Angel Entertainment and members of Joanna's site get access to this company's other half dozen punk porn sites like Burning Angel, Cum On My Tattoo, and POV Punx. The guest tour has quite a lot of samples to view so visitors can get a feel for what Joanna is all about and what scenes are available to members.

The Pros

Fun Solo Punk Girl; Mix of Solo, Girl/Girl, & Boy/Girl Hardcore.

Joanna has a very solid collection of videos and photo galleries. The punk style is really fun and this chick totally digs being a porn model. The shoots cover everything with lots of BJs and banging along with girl/girl hardcore and solo performances. Even appearance content is available as are some specialty shoots like B&W and behind-the-scenes. All-in-all an excellent collection from a solo chick who does it all.

Nice Amount of Content & Access to Other Company Sites.

There are over a couple hundred total videos and the same number of photo galleries. Those are respectable numbers for a solo model plus the included company bonus sites have similar action of punk/goth type chicks. There is a lot more going on here than just Joanna's content as lots of other girls are featured with Joanna and on the network as a whole. Other sites can be accessed directly from Joanna's site.

Full-Scene WMV & MP4 Downloads, Flash Streaming.

The majority of the videos have a few different format choices. WMV full-scenes are available in two quality levels and then there is a MP4 option along with iPod. In-browser Flash streaming rounds out the choices.

Other Good Stuff:

Joanna does have some interaction features like a pretty active blog, company/network forum, and lengthy biography. There are cam and appearance sections too however no calendar or schedule is offered on those.
Galleries/videos are date-stamped with update information showing when they were added to the site.

The Cons

No Photo Gallery Zips, Fewer Options on Older Videos.

The photo galleries don't have zip downloads which surprised me a bit. That would be a good option to have since I'm sure fans would like to save some of the sets. Additionally, the video options do drop off on older scenes with just the WMV available without the Flash streaming or MP4.

Webcam Info Not Provided, Just a Link to a PPV Service.

Webcam details are tough to come by. At the time of this review her webcam section simply has a "No Shows Scheduled" image and then a link to a 3rd party PPV service. When searching the company Forum I did find a couple announcements from the past year of her doing shows on other cam networks/services. Based on those my understanding is she doesn't do them very often or in consistent locations.

Minor Negatives:

Login entry is require too many times here. In addition to entering it initally upon logging in I was also prompted when viewing photo galleries and other times as well.
There doesn't seem to be too much activity on the copmany forum about Joanna. My search found a some items from the past 6 months but I expected a dedicated active thread.
The downloadable movie files do not have any file size information posted.

The other

Members can post feedback and comments on the scenes. There are a decent number of posts online which can be fun to read.

Bottom Line

Joanna Angel is a punk porn chick who does girls, guys, & groups while having a lot of fun.

The two things that really come through in Joanna's site are her punk style and the amount of fun she has during here shoots. This chick totally seems to dig the whole idea of her porn life which comes through in the content. While there are some negative items about the site like the unclear cam shows and lack of zips on the photo sets the positive outweigh those issues. The site could probably work just fine on its own so the inclusion of other Burning Angel sites is really more of a bonus than something that's relied on.
