Intro

Sssh.com calls itself "a smart and sexy erotic journal for women, by women." Although this is a site for great females with an open mind, a love of sexuality and some curiosity, boys that doesn't mean you can't enjoy it, too! Inside the member's area you will find original videos and TV Miniseries, erotic photos, along with stores and in-depth articles, plus lots more. This isn't just about sex here, it's the exploration of sexuality and the intimate connection between individuals & human desire. So, yes, it's catered to women, but it's actually a site for everyone.

The Pros

Original Material, Largely Unique and Geared Towards Woman.

Sssh is much, much more than a pay-site, sex-site, or anything else you may be familiar with. At first thought you may not think there is a market for a site for woman but that's where Sssh shines. Not only do they offer great pics and videos of hot male models & amateurs, but they also offer some lesbian content, and even more important, are really in tune with their members in terms of offering just what they want to see, creating a forum & community like feel, articles, Q&A ("Ask a Man"!), couples interaction and more. So yes, this is a site where couples can come and explore further their sexuality together. It's a site about getting to know intimacy, sexuality and even straight down to sex itself. It's also specifically geared towards what women want to see in terms of action (more visuals of the male expression during sex), actual romance, etc.

Some Good Quality Content.

There are some HD videos to be found as well as large image size formats. Overall the site is pretty well spread out so its hard to get a true sense of consistency, but there is some very nice looking pics and videos to enjoy.

Other Good Stuff:

Tons of bonus content. This site isn't just about pictures and videos. In fact, the real content is much more than that including tutorials, stories, community features, articles, contests, polls and etc all aimed at getting users involved.
Flash streaming is offered for the videos, and downloads include WMV and MPEG formats most times.
During browsing, each subsection has a roll-over view window explaining the type of content that can be found there.
There are no date stamps on the content but an updates page suggests that tons of new content is being added throughout the site daily; from pics and videos to articles, stories, news items, bonus content, and more.

The Cons

Site Design/Browsing Could be Easier.

With the amount of and variety of content that can be found here, overall I think Sssh has done a nice job at keeping things organized. The complaint here would be with the lack of consistency in the design of the content pages, browse, download and user options. There is so much to look at here, and Sssh has not yet found a way to streamline the complete site to make it feel completely cohesive.

Content Quality Ranges.

Although there is some very nice quality to be seen, some image sets offer very small sizing 600p and video bitrates can be seen as low as 800k. Clearly not up to the standards we're used to seeing these days.

Not All Exclusive Content.

There may be some exclusive material here, particularly when it comes to the stories, articles and everything else. There may even be some exclusive pics and videos, but it's hard to tell and nothing is particularly labeled either. Some content appears more dated than others.

Minor Negatives:

No date stamps on content.
No ZIPS for the image sets.
It's not always clear whether something you click on will take you to a 3rd party feed.

Bottom Line

An overall good join for those looking for this genre of content.

As a site built for women, by woman I can appreciate this. I enjoy the depth of the material, the amount of variety in it and even the pics/videos themselves. You simply can't compare this site to other paysites out there. Sssh.com is in a class all on its own and based on feedback from members, they seem to be happy.
