Intro

Silverstone DVD is the official website of adult video production company, Silverstone Entertainment. They've been creating porn movies since the early 90s, and here you can enjoy some of their most popular series. They've worked with some of the sexiest starlets out there, like Tera Patrick, Jill Kelly, Silvia Saint, and personal fave Sophie Moone. The Pros

Entertaining original video collection.

All of the content here is original. These movies were produced by Silverstone and all of them have their own Silverstone spin to things. For instance, Silverstone has been filming in foreign countries for years and even discovered some of today's big name Eastern European actresses. Silverstone writes that they've got the exclusive videos of some of these pornstars' first times on film, doing things that they now refuse to do on camera! Though you may also find these videos on actual DVDs, you won't find them elsewhere on the web.

Good-sized site.

Silverstone DVD currently offers 875 scenes from 157 DVDs. Although that's not as big as some of the other DVD archive sites out there, keep in mind that these are all scenes from just one producer! They fill out their categories nicely, with lots of anal, big boob, and blowjob action. It's a hot video collection that hardcore fans will enjoy.

Other Good Stuff:

Videos can be downloaded in Windows Media Player and streamed in your browser using Flash, each with two quality settings.
The site is easy to get around. The navigational tools, like series and model browsing are great. There's also a list of categories to help with browsing. It's surprisingly easy to navigate this site.
Video quality was good overall. You've got a choice of two quality settings with each scene, up to 2000k and 720x480 in size. These are coming direct from DVDs, so you can expect the quality to reflect that. It's not the HD we're seeing on other sites, but the scenes were pretty sharp.
Quick downloads! Using the browser I got speeds of 1.0mbps while using a download manager the videos came in at 6.2mbps. No waiting needed for these scenes!

Not actually exclusive content.

Although all of the scenes here are original Silverstone DVD scenes, they're not actually exclusive to the site. These videos can be purchased as DVDs and downloaded on other sites, so you may have seen some of this before.

Updates could come more often.

Updates didn't come quite as often as I had hoped. Usually on DVD sites we see updates come a couple times a week. On sites with non-exclusive content, we see updates that come a couple times a day even! They're currently updating here with one new scene (not DVD) every five days, which could definitely be stepped up a bit.

Minor Negatives:

Videos can only be downloaded as wmvs. There are no other formats available.
There are quite a few banner ads in the member's area. They clutter up the pages and are a distraction.

Bottom Line

A great value for fans of good-looking hardcore porn movies.

What sets Silverstone DVD apart from other DVD sites is the original content, low price, and network access. There's no denying this is an awesome value for anyone who enjoys hardcore porn. The only real changes I see being needed are just to fine-tune some things like user options and quality. Improving those areas would make the site even better. Still, as it is, I'm definitely a fan of this sexy hardcore collection.
