Intro

XXX Adult Centro is a DVD archive site featuring thousands of DVDs available for download. They've got a whole lot of everything for the video-lover, with many options for watching them. As is usually the case with DVD archive sites, the whole collection is browseable in the tour so it's worth it to check out their vast video list.

The Pros

Large DVD collection.

XXX Adult Centro is a huge site, with 8,096 DVDs online. That's full-length DVDs, not just scenes. There are 41,321 of those. The model count is at around 12,000. This large DVD archive offers content in all the niches you'd hope to find, ATM, insertions, bukkake, titty fucks, etc. All the big studios are here along with the hottest pornstars. It's a very complete collection.

Multiple DVDs added daily.

They are adding between 10 and 15 full-length DVDs to the site every day! It's easy to find these newest movies, as well. It's not wonder the site is this large with updates like these.

Good-quality collection.

Most of the videos play at 2000k and are 640 x 480 in size. They look find enough. However, they've recently started adding high definition to the collection, as well. There are currently around 2,500 HD scenes in their collection. These videos are 1280 x 720 in size. They're sharp and live up to the HD distinction.

Other Good Stuff:

There are a few options for viewing these scenes. Each can be streamed in your browser using Flash and downloaded as a wmv and mp4, each in two quality settings, as well as an mpg.
Getting around the large site is easy enough, thanks to a few good browse tools. You can view the newest releases, best rated, and most popular, and you can view by DVD or by scene. Browse by studio, series, or category. There's also a model index. It's a solid set of tools.

The Cons

Very weak search tool.

I was really surprised to find such a basic search tool on a site that is this size and is otherwise thoughtfully organized. It's a basic keyword box and that's it! There's no way to select from categories and date and model lists. No way to filter the large collection. This area of the site could really be improved.

Had trouble finding HD content.

You wouldn't think it would be this hard. They've got a big browse link titled "HD Scenes." However, when I clicked on it, it just took me to the list of all scenes. The only way I could get it to work was to click it on the homepage, and not the one on the left but the one in the middle of the page. Even then it only looked like the Flash scenes were HD, not the downloadable files. I'm not sure, but it seems like this could be set up better.

Minor Negatives:

None of the material here is exclusive. This shouldn't be a surprise, just don't join expecting anything original.
Some of the streaming videos took forever to buffer.

Bottom Line

A large and entertaining DVD site with plenty for fans to enjoy.

XXX Adult Centro is a solid site within the DVD archive niche. They've got a competitive collection, with good quality and large daily updates. Navigation could be smoothed out in some respects, but overall it's not bad. Membership is $30 a month, and that's reasonable for a site of this size. XXX Adult Centro may not be strong enough to topple our DVD archive site leaders, but it's still an entertaining collection that is worth a look.
