Intro

Milf X is a milf/mature focused DVD site with hundreds of full-length movies available for download. The site is part of a quasi-network consisting of a handful of niche themed DVD sites and members get full access to all the sites. I refer to it a quasi-network since they don't have a dedicated network tour/hub page that ties them all together but otherwise it is a network and functions in that way. Here at Milf X guests can browse around the site just as members see it so you'll be able to check out the DVDs, scenes, series, and pornstar index which should let you know if they have titles you're interested in. Basically what you see is what you get as they just let the content do the talking without any gimmicky tour.

The Pros

Lots of Milf/Mature Full Hardcore DVDs, Nice Niche Collection.

Most surfers are probably familiar with the big mega DVD sites that incorporate all different niches under one roof. Niche or studio sites like Milf X are nice to see as well since they are geared towards a specific audience. In the case of Milf X they do a very nice job of only including Milf/mature movie series in the mix. In other words they haven't strayed from their stated theme to increase the quantity. What you'll find is 30, 40, and 50 something pornstar ladies in all sorts of hardcore action. With some of the older/younger lesbian movies you can even get some younger babes in there too going at it with older ladies.

The layout and design makes sense for this type of DVD collection and I found it easy enough to explore the movies and find what I was looking for. They have the major bases covered with a listing of DVDs, scenes, and series. The pornstar index is well done with preview pictures for all the girls and written descriptions with hyperlinked titles. Individual movies pages have hyperlinked star names and niche tags for finding related content. Front and back box covers are also shown plus there is a keyword search which brings back relevant results based on my test searches.

Additional DVD Niche Sites Included, 1000's of Total DVDs.

While they don't have a dedicated network hub the included company bonus sites give members access to lots more DVDs in variety of popular niches. Includes are anal, big title, anal, interracial, lesbian, and teen so they hit on the big ones. Really Milf X should be looked at in concert with those other sites since that's the full package.

Other Good Stuff:

Videos are offered in full-scene MP4 downloads in a couple different quality levels. In-browser Flash streaming is also available.
Clear file size information is posted for each movie.
These guys have set up a special discount price for TBP users which makes the cost lower than their standard rate.

The Cons

Only MP4 Format for Downloading, Could Use Higher Res Level.

The movie options are consistent across the entire collection with MP4 and Flash being the standard formats. It's unusual for a DVD download site to limit themselves to just the one format and/or not have WMV. Those who are finicky about their movie formatting will want to pay attention to this. The quality/specs are only average for a video site so it's neither a big asset nor is it a significant negative - it's just middle of the road.

Unclear Updates, Content Dates Don't Match Actual Additions.

If you look at the update information on the site it looks like these guys are ripping thru updates with near daily updates and one or more DVD movies added each time. Based on our TBP site fact managers we know that this isn't really the case as the dates aren't accurate. We see this sometimes from paysites and really the pace here is more like a few DVDs per month. Since they do use the refreshed dates it's tough to get an exact feel for how consistent they are with updates.

Minor Negatives:

This is a non-exclusive content collection with DVD titles from various studios. Surfers can find this content on other sites as well as in DVD format.
There are some upsell ads in the member's area for live cam and dating sites. Also there are cross-sells on the join page.

The other

Included bonus sites can be accessed from Milf X's member's area. Login re-entry is not required when navigating between sites.

Bottom Line

100's of Milf/Mature downloadable DVDs with movies in MP4 format.

While there isn't anything too flashy about Milf X the fact that they do have a nice sized collection of milf/mature hardcore movies makes the site pretty interesting. The MP4 video formatting is something to take note for those who are picky about their movie formats. Other than that they meet expectation in terms of design and content details plus you do get bonus access to similar DVD sites in other popular niches.
