Intro

Red Light Sex Trips isn't a tourist company of the regular kind. You won't find reviews or ads for it on tripadvisor. Or maybe you will? This is a hardcore reality themed site where "tour-operators take sex tourists from all over the world on a guided tour of the Red Light District while recording everything on a hidden camera!" Is that even legal? A membership here will set you back about $19 bucks per month which gives access to the current 76 photo/video episodes, although it looks as though updates have been sporadic recently.

The Pros

Original Content.

These scenes are great! They're interesting and unique, taking tourists through The Red Light District in Amsterdam, showing them the "sites" and landing them with a hooker. I love how each shoot comes with with accompanying photos and a model index breaks down the hookers and the tourists. These are your average Joes in some really great reality style suck and fuck scenes.

Additional Site Access.

Additional site access gives users a whole new set of content to check out in between the (recently sporadic) updates that are being added here. Your full site access bonus site is Seventeen Live with various other sample site access.

Straight Forward Design/Easy Browsing.

The new site set-up is simple and offers users just enough browse tools to get around. Not only is there a model index in addition to the chronological listing, but users can use the keyword search feature or the drop-down niche selection box which offers up some very unique specifics. All content is listed together with the video and accompanying photoset.

High Quality Content.

The videos are looking great with HD specs and bitrates up to 5000k-10000k. They look awesome and are a welcome addition to the site. Even the lower version WMV files offer bitrates around 2000k (720 x 480). Images are looking sharp too, offered in 2 sizes and up to 2000x1300 pixels.

Other Good Stuff:

Videos are offered as wmvs in three quality settings. New scenes include a full-length download in each quality level and a streaming option.
A model index lists both the hookers and the tourists that have been featured on the site.

The Cons

No Full-Length Downloads.

No full-length video downloads are available (only in streaming format). This is a big one for me, as I really prefer to see full-scenes as an option for viewing. Some of the older videos can be broken down into as many as 11 clips - that would really break up my momentum!

Download Speeds Are Painfully Slow.

Videos take forever to download. With or without the use of a download manager the fastest I got was around 800KB/second. And even then, for some reason, it was a long buffer time to jump around downloaded videos.

Lack of Recent Updates.

At the time of this review only 1 new scene has been added in the last 3 months. Roughly 1-3 new scenes were being added each month for a while there, and now almost nothing. So clearly consistency isn't something they're good at here.

Minor Negatives:

Members area ads. The site isn't horribly cluttered with ads and up-sells, but there are a few unnecessary banners, etc.
The member's area can not be browsed while videos are downloading, which takes forever.
Limited model and scene information is provided and they could use more details especially source info.

Bottom Line

Original scenes, mostly HD quality, but still a few issues.

While I really enjoyed the content offered at Red Light Sex Trips because of its originality, I didn't like how long it took to download the videos. It's also concerning that only 1 new scene has been added in the last 3 months. HD specs are a part of the deal, but the quality wasn't quite as sharp as I had hoped for. With that said, the price of admission won't break the bank and additional site access is a part of the deal. Assuming they decide to start adding scenes on a regular basis again, Red Light Sex Trips is a site worth checking out.
