Intro

Riding Boots is one of those specialty fetish sites that you don't really forget. It's been around for several years and the riding/equestrian boots and outfit theme is quite distinctive. Mostly it hits on the shoe and uniform fetish categories however it's actually hard to pin exactly down in our TBP listing sections. It's also a UK based company with exclusive content so you can throw in the British/European themes in as well. To me British and riding fit together perfectly so that makes for a nice combo. Guests can get a good preview of their content from the tour samples so if you enjoy those you're likely to like the member's area content.

The Pros

Unique Riding Boot & Equestrian Uniform Content, UK Models.

Without a doubt the #1 thing Riding Boots has going for it is the content style with its focus on softcore equestrian boot and uniform content. The UK babes are excellent too as they are a mix of amateur and pro looking types who speak during the videos so you get to enjoy their British accents. For the most part you'll see solo softcore stripping, posing, and masturbation/toy play. They mix up the outfits and settings to keep things fresh.

Often times specialty fetish sites like this will rely solely on their exclusivity and not deliver on quantity but that's not the case with Riding Boots. Downloading options are solid with the videos in WMV format with multiple quality options offered. Since 2007 they've upgraded to very nice 3500k 1280x720 high-definition. The photos also have high-res image reaching around 1500x1024. I particularly like the fact that they their zip files are customizable so you can select only the images you desire and save that as a zip.

Other Good Stuff:

I was getting very good download speeds at around 1.5-1.7MB/sec which is significantly faster than I see from most paysites. Saving these 100-250MB videos was quite quick.
Although it's not flashy the site design is clean and straightforward without any clutter. The member's home page has a text list of all the models.
Regular updates are made to both the photo and video sections. Content is date-stamped amd they have things organized by month/year.
The monthly price is quite low here. If I remember right they've always had a pretty reasonable price so that's good to see.

The Cons

Shoots are Often in Multiple Parts & Added as Separate Updates.

Both the photo gallery and video scenes are often chopped into a couple parts and then added separately to the site. So sometimes in order to see an entire model's one scene you'll have to get more than one video file or gallery. This also kind of makes the updates seem a little more frequent and deeper when the items are added on multiple days.

Model Index is Text Only, Very Basic Layout & Browse Tools.

One of my Minor Pro items is that the design is straightforward and uncluttered. While I like that there is much more they could to improve the navigation especially considering how much content they now have. A full model index with pictures would help so much as would some niche categories. I know I saw some bondage and lesbian content but there's no way to access all those types of shoots in one place. Some sort of categorization or search/filter tool could accomplish that. Also, there are a couple banner ads for other sites/products in the member's area too.

Minor Negatives:

The older photos and videos do have lower quality specs than the newer items. For instance some of the older videos can be at around 700k 360x288 and pictures around 750x500.
There is no in-browser streaming format for the videos and just the single WMV option for downloads.
No model information is provided and I would have liked to have some info on these British babes.

The other

Members can post feedback and comments on the content items. There's some fun and interesting posts throughout the site although not all the content has comments.

While Riding Boots main focus is on the riding and equestrian theme there is nice cross-over appeal that extends to softcore content in general as well as those who like British models. They do really well with the amount of content and the quality levels while the navigation tools could be improved. That didn't use to as big of an issue however there so much stuff now that additional features are needed. Overall it's a quality site that really stands out from the crowd and the positive points significantly outweigh the negatives.
