Intro

Andrew Blake is up for review today, and this is the official website of the "award winning erotic artist" himself. He has a very unique style to his work, which is very soft and sensual - it's porn your wife might like. This is his collection of porn, which is a lot of girl/girl action, plus some solo and hardcore material as well. I don't know if this is his full collection, or just his best content, or what, but I assume you may have seen some of this stuff before if you've ever purchased some of his DVDs. Membership is $30 a month here, which is right what I was expecting to see.

The Pros

Unique sensual content.

The main reason to join Andrew Blake is the content he produces. It's unique, and different from the norm. I'd suggest checking out as many previews as you can to get an idea of what he offers, but expect soft and sensual porn. Sure, there's hardcore action, but it's never gagging or rough-housing. This is sexy material, with sexy women and lighting, and a look and feel that's all his own style.

Large collection.

With over 300 photo galleries and almost 500 videos online, the site isn't exactly small here. There's enough here to keep you busy for a while. What I don't honestly know is if this site encompasses his entire collection, or what, but you won't be bored here due to lack of content.

Video updates come often.

They add several new videos per week, keeping things fresh and growing here. I don't see a schedule that's set in stone or anything, but the updates come regularly and fairly often.

Other Good Stuff:

The scenes themselves are setup well, mostly in terms of nice lighting that's more interesting than most.
His content is all his own, and I'd call it all original. You can see it on his DVDs as well, but I assume you'd know if you've bought a bunch of his material in the past.

The Cons

No downloads for anything on the site.

Everything from the photos to the videos is not available for download unfortunately. Photos have no zip files, and are opened in a flash program that seems to disable any image saving. Videos are streaming-only, with no download options in sight. What a big bummer.

Navigation isn't great.

The site is just very plain all around, and the navigation options are almost non-existent. You can browse through the photo or video sections, or other random sections for the extra, but they need some kind of search feature to help narrow things down. What if you're looking for blondes, or lesbians only, or a certain model? It's too difficult to do that here.

Minor Negatives:

The design of the site is also very plain here overall. In fact, with the color scheme they used, it's pretty hard to even read the text at times. I'd love to see a redesign to make things more current.
The photos aren't updated nearly as much as the videos are. They added two new galleries this past week, but sometimes they can go a month or more with nothing new there.

Bottom Line

Some great content, but the site offers very limited options compared to most.

I don't think Andrew Blake will let you down in terms of content, unless you're just way too jaded and used to ultra-hardcore porno. The girls are hot, the names are big, and the scenes are sexy. However, the site itself definitely limits you compared to what you're used to normally. The lack of downloads is huge here, as everything is only available on the site itself while your membership is current. At $30 a month, that could add up over time. The same goes for their design and navigation, which are definitely subpar as well. Still, you're paying for the name and for the content he provides, and in that regard, it does deliver. If you can get past the issues the site has that hold you back, it could be a pretty fun join here.
