Tylers Room is the home of amateur gay stud, Tyler, but one quick look at his site and it's clear that you get a lot more than just a couple hundred pics of Tyler here. In fact, most of the content here is just your general gay content from all over the place including bonus sites, live cams, video feeds, ezines, games and a whole lot more. There are over 103,000 images here and over 2,600 videos all with ranging quality and theme. If you look real hard you'll find Tyler's Selected (photo) Sets, although these aren't even pictures of Tyler, but of hundreds of other models. with that being said, it's easy to say that this isn't really Tyler's site, but rather just a gay site with lots of non-exclusive content for $19.95 per month.
The Pros
Large Collection of Gay Content.
This is a humongous collection of gay content. The variety is as massive as the archive, from twinks to studs, softcore to hardcore, hairy, fetish, ethnic and more. For the videos, you'll find solo scenes, straight sex, blowjobs, group sex, glory holes, ass rimming, ethnic videos, interracial videos, mature, twinks, jocks, men in uniform etc.
HD Videos.
The newest video scenes being added are offered with HD specs upwards of 7000k (1920x1280) and look really sharp. Even the older videos look really good. They play at around 2000k and are quite sharp. The size of the HD archive is small, but growing and they do look great. The photos are also high quality. They're around 1600x1000 pixels and are semi-pro in style.
Other Good Stuff:
Tyler has a collection of 254 original scenes. These are all exclusive scenes that you won't find anywhere else. The majority feature solo action, but there's also a nice collection of hardcore scenes as well.
Updates often. Content isn't date stamped, but new content appears to be added constantly. Many of the updates are non-exclusive scenes, but there is still something new to check out often enough.
It's not the easiest to locate, but Tyler offers an About Me section that gives users a sneak peak into his personal life, photos and a blog. There is also a ton of bonus content to check out with feeds, movies, etc.
The Cons
Minimal Browse & Download Options.
Getting around here isn't easy, and although the site looks professionally designed at first glance, I found the layout and actual brows-ability to be difficult. Not only is the member's page covered with third party links and the link to the Original content is tough to notice and many links open up in a new window. They've only got the most basics (i.e. hard v soft) for categories for the content, no search features and just basic file formats for downloading the videos.
Mostly Non-Exclusive Content.
While Tyler does offer a small collection of his own photos, and some exclusive scenes of other gay men, most of the content here is non-exclusive and can be found elsewhere online. Therefore, you also won't get very much scene or model info for most of the shoots and quality can range throughout.
Older Content Doesn't Offer HD or Streaming.
With a site that's been around for around 10 years and with this much content, mostly non-exclusive, it's understandable that a lot of the older stuff isn't going to look quite as good. Certainly not as good as the newest HD stuff, but that's a given. There are some inconsistencies in the image content quality, and the older video scene don't offer online streaming.
Minor Negatives:
As far as I could tell there are no date stamps on the content or clear update schedule.
Bottom Line
More of a general gay site than an amateur site, but there's certainly lots to see.
Tyler apparently shares his room with so many other dudes that it's hard to say where Tyler even is on this site if at all. Maybe Tyler's not even gay (gasp!). Anyway, who cares! If you're looking for a ton of gay content, lots of variety and mostly good quality stuff at a decent price, well then here it is! If you're looking for a young boy's amateur site, well then I'm sorry if you feel mislead but this is definitely not it! Tyler%u2019s Room is a mish-mash of non-exclusive gay content, live feeds, bonus sites, and more. Navigation could be improved upon quite a bit, especially when it comes to viewing the images, though categories for the content would be a huge bonus for this site overall. $19.95 is a fair price for this much content, I feel, though there isn't anything here that stands out.
