Intro

Elegant Angel is up for review today, and this is the official site of the production company by the same name. They offer up content from their DVDs here in pretty standard hardcore scenes. I don't see a ton of niche-type content here, but they do have something interesting lately: all of the newest videos come in 1080p HD, which is awesome coming from a DVD company. You can join the site for just $20 a month thanks to a special discount they've setup for our users.

The Pros

Large collection.

With around 840 video scenes from over 170 DVDs, they have a decent amount to see. You can't really compare them to the generic DVD sites, since this is all their own original material. Offering over 800 scenes is great, and the site should keep you busy for quite a while here.

Quite a few 1080p HD scenes.

I'd say around 1/4th of the videos are offered in their new high-definition format, which is great to see. You don't expect HD content from a DVD site at all. The videos look very nice, though a little less than smooth for me at times (framerate), which could always be an issue with my computer I suppose. Still, they look great, and are better than any other DVD site's video quality we see.

Updates come daily.

They add a single new scene every day, which is pretty good overall. Since their last update here, they've added around 200 scenes, which is more than most paysites offer in total.

Other Good Stuff:

The navigation does provide a few category options at least to help you narrow down the content. It could still be better, though (see below).
The flash streaming player here is awesome. They provide a few quality levels (including HD, if available), quick buffering and streaming, good quality, and both thumbnail navigation previews, as well as a real-time preview as you hover over the timeline bar.
The blog and forum are pretty active here overall. They provide some different interactive content in between updates.

The Cons

Navigation could still be better.

While they do provide a few categories, I think they could go even further. You can't select more than one category currently, and that category list is a bit too broad; they could use a lot more specific categories, especially as the site continues to grow. The more content you have, the more options you need to help sort that content out.

Design is quite plain as well.

The whole feel of the site is very generic here, and looks pretty much exactly the same as the other sites this company puts out. They throw a small logo up top, but it's definitely lacking personality overall here.

Bottom Line

Lots of good content, plus some great quality coming out lately.

Elegant Angel does most everything right, and kicks it up a notch in their latest content with the 1080p high definition videos. Honestly, while the porn is good and the numbers are good, there's nothing that totally draws me in here. However,
I just can't find much wrong with the site at this point. There's a lot to see with daily updates; there are decent (enough) options; the newest quality looks awesome; and the porn scenes are decent. The site itself is a bit plain, and could be beefed up a bit both in navigation and design. However, everything works as expected, and they offer a lot of extras. It's an easy site to like, so I'd say it's worth a look to see if you like what they have to offer for content.
