Intro

Playboy's Sexy Wives is just 1 of the handful of Playboy Girls sites, this one with a focus on all of the "Beautiful Wives and Moms that would only pose for Playboy". I have to admit the models seemed a little young for the theme of the site, with ages ranging from 21-37, but they're still hot! A membership here will set you back less than $20 bucks per month, with additional site access as a part of the deal. Currently there are at least 72 Sexy Wives, with all of the beauty and class that you'd expect from Playboy. Even some big names like Amber Rain and more. New updates can be expected anywhere from 3-11 days, which isn't the most consistent of schedules, but at least the additional site access will keep you entertained in between.

The Pros

Exclusive Playboy Content.

Less than $20 bucks per month and you gain access to Playboy Girls Network sites in all. Currently there are more than 72 "Sexy Wives" to check out in the 21-37 age range. Some of these girls may not be Playboy Magazine material, but they sure are Playboy quality. Their youthful, yet mature appearance and sexy images/videos will keep you wanting more.

Smooth Site Design.

All the girls are listed along with some bio and content information along with 2 videos (one is an interview) and some photosets. Videos are offered in HD or SD formats, and the images can be viewed in large or medium sizes. Overall the site design is smooth and easy to browse.

Other Good Stuff:

Content quality is very nice, the videos especially. High format WMV videos stream as high as 3600k and look great when sized correctly. Playboy lists them as HD and sized them at the 1080 mark. They're not quite made for that, but they do look good otherwise. Downloaded images are nice looking and sized up to 1600 pixels.
Flash streams for the videos and zips for the image sets. iPod downloads are also available.

The Cons

Somewhat of a Small Site & Updates Are Rare.

This is still somewhat of a small site and the user, navigational and download options could be more advanced. Overall the site is easy to browse and very nice, but you tend to expect only the best from Playboy and currently everything is a little too simplified for my tastes.

Updates could be more consistent too, which would help the archive grow.

More Browse Tools Are Need.

While the site looks nice, there minimal options when it comes to browsing around. The model index is a mere drop-down list without preview images. There are no content categories, or tools to browse the girls by age, shoot location, hair color, etc. Everything is a little too simple and doesn't give users enough choice in how to browse the Playboy Sexy Wives material.

Minor Negatives:

I would have loved to have seen even larger format images. Both the girls and the photography are beautiful, so why not offer super large pics sizes without having to download the complete set. The 3600k videos aren't quite the quality you would expect when sizing your video formats up to 1080. I say they up the specs a little or not re-size so large!

Bottom Line

A small but sexy Playboy site offering gorgeous models in the 21-35 age range.

You won't find mature fuddy-duddy's here, just 21-35 somethings with gorgeous curves in all the right places, which is what Playboy is known for. Overall I love the simplicity of the site (even though it's realistically a little too simple), as well as the nice quality content and bio information on the girls. Updates don't come quite as often as I usually like to see, but there are another handful of Playboy sites offered to keep the place warm for you. Finally, I don't know a single person who can't afford $20 bucks per month, and with the Playboy name standing behind it, you know there is at least some value there.
