Intro

Bun Beating Fun has a perfect title for its stated niche which is spanking, spanking, and more spanking. Often fetish or bdsm sites will include spanking action but this is certainly a specialty that has its own fan base and can definitely be a fetish/niche onto itself. That's what these guys do - just zero in on spanking action and nothing else.

The Pros

Serious & Original Spanking Video Shoots.

The action revolves around shoots where one model is spanked by one guy usually while over his knee. He really goes to town on these girls with lots of red asses, welts, screaming etc. The scenes are fairly lengthy with a clear beginning, middle (the spanking), and finish.

Nice Quality WMV & Addt'l Formats on Newer Shoots.

The movie choices available on the newer additions (around 1/3 of the shoots) are quite varied. WMV is the most prominent format with full-episode files plus clip segments. The quality on these pretty solid. They also have a dial-up WMV level with full-files and clips. Real Media is a second format and those also have two quality levels with full-files and clips.

Galleries for Newer Shoots, Good For Previewing.

In addition to the varied video options on the newer additions they also have included screen capture galleries which serve well as preview material. They tend to do a short write-up on the shoot pages but pictures are better for getting a look at the scene before actually downloading the movie.

The Cons

Real Player & MPEG Clips on Older Shoots.

The movie formats have evolved over time on Bun Beating Fun. Episodes that don't have the newer WMV options have either Real Player or MPEG. The ones with Real tend to have both full-files and clips while the MPEG are just clips. The drop-off in quality is also very noticeable as the oldest entries are very grainy and unimpressive.

Content Update are Quite Slow.

There is a dedicated news page in the member's area which lists the updates but also mixes in site announcements, new DVDs for sale, and other items. They don't date stamp the individual shoots in the main content page so it's tough to get a read on the historical updates. They seem to add one new shoot every month or two.

Many Shoots Don't Have Preview Pictures.

Besides having lesser movie options the older shoots don't have preview pictures either. Basically that means you're downloading blind without much of a chance to see the action before getting the whole movie.

Minor Negatives:

There are some upsells in the member's area, namely DVDs links on the episode and update pages.
The layout of the member's area is basic without any real navigation or sorting tools.

Bottom Line

Serious spanking action with nice options on newer videos & weak formatting on older shoots.

The star of the show here is the hard spanking that goes on throughout all the shoots. These ladies butts are worked over until they're as red as they'll get. The video options have really changed over time with nice quality WMV now the standard whereas older additions have Real Player or lower quality MPEGS.
