Intro

Lethal Hardcore is up for review today, and this is the video production company created by a guy named Stoney Curtis, with this site serving as their official homepage. They offer up all of their DVD and photo content here, and it seems to be all-original content that hopefully you haven't seen too much. The scenes are pretty standard hardcore fare, and the newest videos are being offered in HD. Even better, you can get in for just $10 a month thanks to a special discount they've given our users, which is an impressive price for all you get.

The Pros

Pretty large collection.

It's not quite as large as most DVD sites you come across, but this is all their own content here! The 2,000 photo galleries and 2,100 video scenes are pretty impressive, and they make the site much larger than you'd normally expect from a paysite.

Content is at least semi-exclusive.

I'm not quite sure what to call the content here. It's all-original, as they shoot it all themselves. I'd also call it semi-exclusive, as you can probably buy these DVDs if you wanted to. I assume, at least, that you can't see these on every single DVD site out there.

Other Good Stuff:

The updates here come about three times a week on average, which isn't too bad. I would love to see even more, but at least they're pretty consistent.
The $10 price tag is awesome here for sure. It's a special discount for our users, so I'd take advantage instead of paying full price.
The newest scenes are offered in HD here, which is really impressive considering it's mostly a DVD-type site. Now they need a way to search by HD videos.
The streaming player is pretty slick here. They offer thumb previews as you jump around the video, plus several quality levels to choose from.

The Cons

Needs much better navigation.

For how much content they offer, they really need to step it up in terms of navigation options. They have a simple category list, but I want more options there too. You also need to be able to search by more than one field at a time. On a side note, at least you can search by pornstar and DVD title as well.

Minor Negatives:

I couldn't get the zip files to work at all. First, they froze my browser three times (Firefox, latest version). Then, once I got it started, the server wouldn't actually connect.
They basically only offer one video type for downloads. I'd love to see another added, maybe a WMV option.

Bottom Line

There's a lot of great content at a great price, though a new site would do them well.

Lethal Hardcore has a lot of good things going for them. It's basically a DVD site that offers content that's a bit more exclusive than you usually see on the DVD mega-sites. All the content comes straight from their own cameras. That means we get lots to see here, frequent updates, semi-exclusive content (or whatever you want to call it), and even high-definition videos lately. The only real thing I'd love to change here is the site itself. With so much to see, I'd love a much better search feature to really help narrow things down. The only other small addition I'd look for is maybe a second video type (WMV) to round things out. Otherwise, you get a lot for your $10 here, so I'd say check it out if you like their samples.
