Intro

Nikki's Playmates is up for review today, and it's a unique mix of a solo site with some "friends" of hers as well. With that, it doesn't quite provide everything from either type of site, so it's a little hard to place. What you end up with is a softcore, multi-girl site that offers some sexy models, high quality, and frequent updates. There happens to be a lot more content of one of the models (Nikki), who will sometimes write in a blog of hers as well. Many of the girls do camshows at least, which adds some nice interaction and personality to the mix. $30 gets you in the door, and it drops to $25 a month if you stick around past the first month.

The Pros

Decent-sized site.

With over 450 photo galleries and over 150 videos, it's not too small of a site. That's not to say I wouldn't love to see more content (especially videos), but at least there's a good starting point here for sure.

Quality is pretty good all around.

Both the pictures and videos look pretty nice overall. All of the latest videos come in HD, and most look pretty nice with solid colors, lighting, and more. Pictures are a good size, and even though they can have a slight amateur feel to them, they are always well-composed with the same good colors and lighting.

Other Good Stuff:

In the last week, they've added three new photo sets, and a new video as well. That seems pretty consistent with what they usually add, so expect a decent amount of new content.
Nikki seems to offer regular camshows here, and it's part of a cam network that offers a couple shows each day.

The Cons

I wouldn't mind more navigation features.

It's not a confusing or terrible layout at least, but I wouldn't mind more options here. The site is big enough that they'd benefit from a more advanced search setup, with tags and categories to help things out.

Just nothing quite great overall.

Sure the models are hot, the quality is good, and the updates come consistently. However, this one lacked that "it" factor for me overall. It doesn't quite have enough personality as we'd look for in normal solo site, and it doesn't have enough features (or even content) to compete with the mega-sites out there with lots of models.

Minor Negatives:

Nikki's journal is pretty slow here. The last update was a month ago, and the one before that took two months unfortunately.
The other model bios could be longer and more in-depth. I'd love to see some extra personality shot into the site to keep things interesting.

Bottom Line

A decent site with not too much wrong, though nothing that was awesome for me either.

It's hard to find fault with Nikki's Playmates. The girls are hot, the quality is good, the updates are consistent, and there's a decent amount to see. My main issue is that the site never wow'd me in the end. I think they could add some more features, and maybe more personality into things here. As it is now, it's mostly just a static content collection with the addition of a great cam schedule. I like where things are, but I'd love even more of what they have. More content, more info on the models, more updates, and just more options overall. They have a solid foundation of girls and content, and I'd just love to see it taken to the next level.
