Intro

Vivid is one of the biggest names in porn. With their stable of beauties they have produced some of the biggest porn movies of the last couple decades. But they can also make good 'ol standard hardcore scenes and all their talents are on display on their official site, with loads of content and a discounted price. Let's see what you get.

The Pros

Thousands of Exclusive Scenes

As I write this there are 1,284 DVDs available. With each having around 4-5 scenes you're looking at around 6,000 scenes of pure Vivid delight. Most of the content is scripted hardcore with standard scenarios (bang my stepbrother, fuck the black babysitter, etc.), but there is also a collection of classic vids going back many years as well as parody porn movies, including versions of The Avengers, Wonder Woman, Clerks and Austin Powers, to name a few.

Mostly HD Movies

Many of the streaming videos provide HD quality, although there are older scenes that are average in quality. Overall, the majority of the collection looks great. Just make sure you hover over the HD logo on the streaming player and select the highest quality option.

Other Good Stuff:

They look to be adding a new DVD every couple weeks so you are getting about 8-10 new scenes per month.
There is a large bonus video section covering numerous categories.
A regular membership to the site would cost you $34/month, but TBP readers can join for only $20/month, which is a very nice savings!

The Cons

No Streaming

Not being able to stream is the biggest negative. The videos are hot and exciting and varied and all that good stuff, but you can't download them!

Lacking User Features

There is a basic search bar, but there are no tags, category links or advanced search engine, all of which would come in very handy with such a large site. Also, there is no comments or ratings system.

Minor Negatives:

Vivid is also very well known as the place for all the celebrity sex tapes. You can watch trailers for all of them, but they're not available here.

Bottom Line

No downloads, but it's still worthwhile.

Vivid is a quality porn producer and with this large collection you get standard issue scripted scenes as well as big productions and parody films. It is a big negative not being able to download the content, but if that isn't a deal-breaker for you then this is an easy recommendation.
