Intro

Danni.com is the website of the one of the world%u2019s most downloaded women, Danni Ashe. With well over a billion downloads to date, Danni has been entertaining fans since her site debuted in 1995. In classic stripper-turned-internet-mogul form, what started out a simple fan club to share her personal pictures has grown into a softcore mega-site featuring original content of some of the most beautiful women in the world. From the cover of Playboy and Juggs to the front page of the Wall Street Journal, Danni's done it all, on a site that "uses more bandwidth than all of Central America" on a daily basis. Clearly, if you enjoy glamour photography, Danni.com is a must-see.

The Pros

Huge archive of glamour content.

There is a LOT to see here! Danni's collection of beautiful women includes over 1,400 galleries and 2,600 videos. Her model directory is packed with hotties sure to get your pulse racing. Some of the more popular models you'll find inside are Aria Giovanni, Jenna Jameson, Silvia Saint, and Mary Carey. Of course, Danni has also discovered many new beauties, as well, so the collection is also full of fresh faces you may not have seen before.

High quality material.

This is a very professional collection with some great-looking scenes. The newest photos are 2000x1333 in size and really everything you would hope for from a site like this. They're sharp, they're well-lit, they're beautiful.

As for the videos, they play at up to 2200k and 960x540 in size. They may not quite be the "high definition" that they're labeled as, but they're overall a sharp, professional-looking set of scenes.

Lots of personality.

There are some great extra events here that really make the site stand out and give it personality. The message board is very active. Live chats with the models take place weekly. Many of the models record video diary clips that let you get to know them better. Then there are the "live events". And of course all the behind the scenes sets are great, as well. The "extras" here are as entertaining as the actual photo and video content and members are definitely going to want to check them out.

Other Good Stuff:

Usually several updates take place each day. You can count on at least one photo and/or video being added to the huge collection every single day.
Photos can be downloaded in zip files. You can also view them in a slideshow and zoom in on your favorite parts of the shots.
Videos can be downloaded as wmvs in three quality settings and streamed in Flash. Some videos also have a Quicktime option.

The Cons

Very slow downloads and site load times.

The site absolutely crawled during my visit. Videos were downloading at 100KB/sec which meant it took forever to see any of the newer highest quality scenes. Even the site itself was slow. Just navigating got to be a pain. It's possible this was a fluke, as I've never noticed this before on any of my visits to the site, but it was an issue tonight.

Older scenes aren't as sharp.

Quality varies quite a bit, as you get into the older scenes. That comes with the territory of having a site around as long as Danni.com. The new stuff looks great, but keep in mind that the norm for photos in 1998 was a size of 576x363. Things were pretty grainy back then. Remember that not all of the thousands and thousands of pictures are top notch quality.

Minor Negatives:

The older videos don't include all of the viewing options. Most are missing the Flash stream option. Some newer scenes also lack the multiple wmv quality settings so overall the videos don't have consistent options.
Navigation could be more advanced on a site of this size. There was no way to browse the scenes by category or search through the models by physical feature. There are a couple sort features, but nothing strong enough to help make it through a site this big.

Bottom Line

An impressive glamour archive backed by lots of personality.

Danni.com is an institution when it comes to glamour porn. She was one of the first in the market and she knows her audience well. She has succeeded for 15 years by constantly offering high quality scenes of the most popular babes and discovering up and coming talent. I loved the personality on the site and just how much interaction and personality are offered. There's room for some minor changes (and hopefully the slow load times were a fluke) but overall this is a supremely solid site that glamour fans definitely show check out.
