Intro

Arabian Dicks is a gay niche site that focuses in on Arab and Middle Eastern guys in solo and hardcore content. The guest tour showcases samples from the hardcore videos and the member's area includes solo guy photo galleries to go along with those. According to announcements in the member's area there was a site overhaul in Feb 2010 and this review is coming a couple months after that. Content items only date back to that overhaul date so it appears as if it was essentially a re-launch from scratch. Even though we've had Arabian Dicks listed in our TBP directory since 2008 the site is a new entity for all intents and purposes.

The Pros

Arab Guy Focused Collection, Guy/Guy & Group Hardcore Videos.

The Arab niche is pretty distinctive so that stands out right away. The guys are fit, trim, and muscular and although they don't have model details they seem to fit well with the Arab theme. Hardcore action is available in the video scenes which are all hardcore with one-on-one, threesome, and groupsex. Many scenes have a greytone or B&W style that may or may not appeal to different surfers. I assume it's to enhance the Middle Eastern feel and I think it worked all right.

Solo Guy Stripping/Masturbation Photos, High-Res Images.

The photo gallery section is larger than that of the videos so it's actually the main content section in the member's area. The galleries are all solo guy stripping/posting style so it's much different than the videos which are all hardcore focused. The pictures are sharp, clear, and high-res with consistent 1500x1000 images. The quality is noteworthy and a pleasant surprise.

Other Good Stuff:

Videos are offered in full-scene downloadable files and in-browser Flash streaming (with filmstrip navigation).
Clear file size information is posted for each movie and each content item is date-stamped with update details showing when it was added to the site.
Bonus site access is included to the company's latino guy site Brazilian Dicks.

The Cons

Small Collection of Content, Not Many Video Scenes Available.

As I mentioned in my intro Arabian Dicks underwent a sort of rebirth in early 2010 so all the content items are dated since then. This makes it a pretty young collection with not a lot of content available. The amount of video scenes is less than two dozen and they don't seem to be updating those very often at all. Even the amount of photo galleries is on the small side so quantity is a clear weakness here especially considering the membership price.

Fairly Low Quality/Specs on the WMV & Flash Videos.

The videos are available in full-scene WMV downloadable files only in one quality level. The specs on these are low for a paysite coming in around 800k 480x360. There's definitely room for improvement there and it's surprising that they didn't incorporate a higher-res option at the time of their redesign. The pictures have significantly better quality than the videos so there is some real dichotomy there.

Minor Negatives:

Updates are slow with one new photo gallery per week and only about one new video scene every month on average.
No photo options or picture gallery zip files available.
Model background or biographical information is not provided.

Bottom Line

Arab guy solo photo galleries & hardcore videos although it's currently a small collection.

With this review coming shortly after the re-launch this is one of those sites where it'll be interesting to check in on again in the future. The high-res pictures stood out as a nice positive but the video collection, quality, and updates are negatives that do hold the site back. Members do get access to the company's Brazilian Dicks so that help offset the membership price but let's hope these guys work at growing Arabian Dicks collection which would increase the site's value.
