Intro

Is she a cross-dresser? Pre-op? Post-op? Only one way to find out! Tranny Surprise features videos of gorgeous shemales showing off for the camera and then giving and getting the fuck of their lives.

The Pros

Entertaining exclusive content.

Tranny Surprise features all exclusive scenes that you won't find anywhere else. They seek out hot, usually Latina shemales that are ready to party. After a brief introduction out on the street, it's back to the studio for blowjob, sex, and cumshot. They know the formula for a hot scene and you'll find a great collection of beautiful babes sporting both boobs and dicks.

Fine quality video.

The videos aren't HD or anything, but I thought they looked good overall. They play at around 1400k (the newer ones do) and they look good. Some of the scenes are shot out on the streets so they're especially impressive with that in mind. All in all, it's a solid collection of video.

Large collection.

Tranny Surprise has been around since 2003 and they've got the collection to show for it. You'll currently find 377 episodes online! That's fantastic for any site, but particularly one with exclusive niche content like this. Updates come consistently each week, and this site just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Other Good Stuff:

Readers of The Best Porn can join Tranny Surprise at a special discount price of $18 a month. The regular price is $25 a month, so that's a nice savings.
Members of Tranny Surprise get access to all of the sites in the Reality Kings network. 26 sites are included, and they have some very entertaining themes.
Scenes can be streamed as short and medium wmv clips and downloaded as short and medium clips and full-length files.

The Cons

No HD content.

The tour advertises "Full Digital HD" and the videos are stamped with and HD logo. However, at best these videos play at 1400k and are 720x480 in size. That's not anywhere close to HD. It was disappointing to see them advertising that in the tour when it's obviously not the case.

Design/navigation need work.

This is a very simple set-up that I doubt has changed much in the seven years that the site has been online. You can browse the episodes in the order they were added and that is about it. The one other tool you get is a list of the top 25 scenes. It would be great to have an actual model index, since some girls do appear in more than one scene, along with some categories and a way to search through the models. With 300 girls online, I just don't see clicking through page after page of content to be a good set-up.

Small photos.

The photos here are definitely on the small side. The newest ones are just 900x600 and there are plenty more that are 640x480. They look really quite amateur, as well. This is definitely more of a video site, despite the fact that they offer around 75,000 pictures.

Minor Negatives:

The member's area had banners and links to other paysites and camsites. They make the site feel cluttered and detract from the overall look.
Very little model info is provided. The scene info is good, but about all you'll get for the girls are their names.
Watch out for the trial! You'll pay $3 for the initial 2 days of access and after that your membership recurs at $40 a month! That's quite a bit higher than our special discount price of $18 a month.
Older scenes aren't as sharp. The ones added from 2003 to 2007 are just 550k. It wasn't until 2008 that they stepped up to current levels. Older scenes also lack the full-length downloads.

Bottom Line

With this many beautiful shemales, it's worth a look!

Tranny Surprised impressed me with the sheer volume of original tranny content. There is a ton to see here and the special discount price and network access really make it an excellent value. That said, it's time for an upgrade. Both a quality and navigation upgrade are needed here. I'd like to see them live up to their HD claims and start offering some really sharp new scenes. All in all, though, I'd say it's a very solid package that fans of Latina shemales will definitely enjoy.
