Intro

She Muscle Gym is up for review today, and when I first glanced at the title, I thought we were seeing shemales here, which is not the case at all. Instead, we're treated to some insanely buff gals who pose nude for us, and show off their bodies of course. It's a pretty softcore site for the most part, though you do see some girl/girl action from time to time. I'm guessing that the content is all exclusive as the style is all pretty similar, and they have basically an amateur setup here which keeps the girls pretty natural and raw, and the site isn't too glossy. $30 a month gets you inside, which is high, but I guess about what I'd expect for this site.

The Pros

Very unique content.

I guess there probably aren't even a lot of female bodybuilders in the general population by proportion, let alone ones that would want to post nude on the internet. Either way, the site is very unique, and there are only a handful of competitors out there. The girls can be quite hot, and most are way buffer than I'll ever be.

Updates come regularly.

I would love to see them come more often overall, but at least they add new material pretty consistently. Every week (usually), there's a new video or photo set added to the site. Lately they've had more videos than photos, but it's a pretty even mix.

Other Good Stuff:

The content seems to be all-exclusive here from what I can tell. The style of the shoots is all very familiar from one to the next.

The Cons

Quality could be better all around.

Both the photos and videos need a bump in quality in my opinion. The photos have potential, as they're a pretty decent size, but they just don't look great. The lighting is usually low, they can be a bit grainy, and they're not what I'm used to seeing these days. The videos all have similar problems as well, mostly due to low lighting at times.

Navigation needs work.

It's a weird setup they have here for navigating the content. They have a models index which isn't really a models index at all. They also have sections for fitness trainers, bodybuilders, and fetish galleries. Each section has both photos and videos listed on a single page, which is weird. They also don't usually have dates, and I have no idea which content is newer and which is older. I like the idea of offering categories, but I think they could set it up better to make things easier. I at least want to know where the new content is as easily as possible.

Minor Negatives:

There are no zip files available here for the photo galleries, which may be annoying for some.
As I mentioned earlier, their models index seems to be just a list of all their photos and videos in one place. Several models are listed multiple times, which doesn't help me at all.
There aren't many dates at all in the member's area for some reason, and they don't give you update info there either. They do have an update log in the tour, but once I'm inside, I don't want to go back to the free area to find that info. Plus, since it's in the tour, they can't link directly to those galleries of course.
It takes a couple too many clicks to actually start downloading a video for me. You have to find the video (which is harder than it needs to be), click through, click through to the WMV option, and then finally click again on the download link.

Bottom Line

A decent start here, but with some tweaks I think they could do a lot better.

She Muscle Gym offers up some very unique content, which is a great way to start a site off of course. Right now it definitely has a homemade feel, from the site to the content, which are where most of my problems lie. I think the quality could be better here, both in the photos and videos. I think the site and navigation could both look better, and function better if they added some more options. I think updates could come a little more often to get their numbers going even better. However, like I said, the content is good for what it is right now, and you won't see too many similar sites out there. If they could just mature the site a bit to get some more features and better quality, I think they could have a lot of fans.
