Intro

Digital Comix is up for review today, and it comes from a company that has several similar sites that we've reviewed in the past few months. The content seems pretty generic here, so I'm not sure what sets this site apart from their others. They offer a very wide range of content, from solo, to lesbian, to hardcore, to BDSM, to monsters, and content can include single images, actual comics, and more. There are no videos, which is semi-expected I guess. The content may or may not be exclusive as they don't really say either way. Membership is $30 a month, and does not include access to any network sites at all unfortunately.

The Pros

Decent-sized comic collection.

Offering somewhere around 750 galleries or comics, it's not too small of a site here. Granted, there are no videos, so they can only stand on their drawings alone. New stuff is added daily, so the numbers should grow as well.

Daily updates.

They usually add 1-3 new images per day it looks like, and do it pretty consistently. The daily updates help things out a lot here since at least there's some new content coming, and you know the site is active.

Other Good Stuff:

Getting through an actual comic is pretty easy with the way they have their galleries setup. You can keep your mouse in one place, and just keep clicking over to the next page.

The Cons

Confusing navigation and cluttered site.

There's just too much going on for the main page, and it's tough to know where to go and what to click. From there, some galleries are setup differently than others, and that makes it even more confusing to know what to do once you get there. There are very few actual tools to search or browse the content, and the whole site feels too cluttered and confusing for first-timers.

No videos.

It's not a huge deal I guess, but there are definitely no videos posted here at all. Hopefully the comic content is enough to keep you satisfied.

Minor Negatives:

I have no idea whether this site is exclusive or not. They don't mention it either way, so I'd have to assume that it's just random, non-exclusive content.

Bottom Line

An okay collection overall, but it never really stands out anywhere.

Digital Comix is another fine site from these guys, but doesn't really do anything special or awesome for me. The comics are good enough, and can be interesting, but they vary a lot of course. The navigation and site are pretty confusing, and that's one of my main complaints. They don't offer many navigation features, and even getting around what they do have here is too difficult. Thankfully they add at least 1-2 new images daily, and sometimes more; of course that makes full comic archives take a while to be finished, but at least they're updating. This is a tough one for me, as I have no idea whether to recommend it or not. They provide a decent amount of content, but nothing stands out as to why you should join this site over another. I guess check out the tour and see what you think, but it was very average for me at best.
