Intro

Girlfriend Files is an amateur site that features user-submitted content of cute college-aged girls. Sometimes the girls submit the scenes themselves or with the help of their boyfriends, and other times it's disgruntled ex's that submit the scenes. No matter how it gets to the site, we get to enjoy some real amateur scenes of some real cuties.

The Pros

Fun amateur content.

I definitely got the impression that most of these are authentic amateur scenes. These girls look like your typical college coeds. Their expressions are hot, with a touch of "What the hell am I doing??" Some are shy, and try to keep their faces hidden a bit, while others are living it up as real exhibitionists and will do it all on camera. It's a fun collection and I think you're unlikely to find most of it on other sites.

Other Good Stuff:

Updates come often! Lately, a new video has been added daily and a new gallery has been added every other day or so. The site is growing at a good pace.
Photos can be downloaded in zip files.

The Cons

Quality varies, overall not good.

This is standard for any site with user submitted content and they even say on the tour "Some great quality, some not". You're just not going to find high quality pro or semi-pro material on a site like this. Some of the scenes are better than others, and overall I thought the photos were fairly good-sized, but you're going to see a lot of graininess and lighting issues. The videos tended to be worse. You'll find some gems hidden in the collection, but for the most part it's poor-average quality.

No browse tools.

The galleries and the videos are listed in the order they were added and that is it. There's no list of girls, there are no categories, there are no top rated scenes, nothing at all. It's an extremely basic set-up that isn't going to cut it for long.

I was disappointed that so little info is provided about the girls. Actually, NO info is provided. If you're lucky you might get her name in the file title somewhere. Otherwise, there are no profiles, no ages, no locations, no way to find out who submitted these pictures and how naughty she likes to get. It's a real shame, because I think it's info like this that makes members really enjoy these sites.

Minor Negatives:

The member's area had banners and links to other paysites and camsites. They make the site feel cluttered and detract from the overall look.
Downloads came slowly. They were 10-20% of the speed I'm seeing on other sites, so it can take a while to download these scenes.
There are no viewing options for the videos. All of the scenes are wmvs with no other formats or quality settings.
The collection is still fairly small. There are currently 86 galleries and 44 videos on the site. It's a good thing updates come often because this site needs growth!

Bottom Line

The content is fun but the site is weak.

Girlfriend Files and similar sites have a tough road with so little control over the actual quality of the material. I don't fault them too much for the quality. However, they do have control over the site, and I'm not sure why the site is so basic and so lacking in personality (like model info). For $30 a month, I think a few bells and whistles can be expected! In the end, I think there are better options out there, but Girlfriend Files has some potential so it could be one to watch.
