Intro

Hot Panty Fun is a panty niche site that has only been around for a relatively short period of time but they have already established a respectable database of content. Guests can get a nice feel for what's available as the tour has a models section where you can preview all the included girls. This is a fairly straightforward picture/video collection of panty content with solo and toy shoots along with some hardcore scenes as well.

The Pros

Exclusive Content, Sexy Models, & Balanced Amount of Pics/Vids.

I really enjoy what Hot Panty Fun has available in terms of models and picture/video content. Models are sexy and while the majority of shoots are sexy, stripping, masturbation, and toy play there are also some boy/girl hardcore and girl/girl scenes mixed in as well. The number of picture galleries and videos are about equal with a nice amount of both.

High Pic/Vid Quality, Full-Shoot WMV Files & Gallery Zips.

Content quality is solid here with pretty large images that come in around 1400x1000 for newer galleries. Zip file downloads are also available across the board. Videos are in WMV format and the specs on the newer ones are nice at around 3000k 960x540. In addition to having downloadable WMV there is also in-browser streaming in that same format with a good sized medium/large sized player.

Model Index & Straightforward Picture & Video Sections.

The navigation is fairly easy to use with picture and video sections where the content is listed chronologically. Additionally there is a model index that can be sorted by name, date, or rating. The member's home page has a summary of recent photo and video updates along with a preview of upcoming additions.

Other Good Stuff:

Many or perhaps all the models are European and they have fun foreign accents. This company is based in the Netherlands and I noted some British models in some shoots.
Content is date-stamped with update info and they update regularly 2-3 times per week.

The Cons

Download Speed is Fairly Slow & Download Manager Limitations.

On my high speed connection I was averaging around 300-400KB/sec which is somewhat slower than what's typical for a paysite. Having reviewed this site in the past and also done a recent review of another of this company's sites I know that this speed is typical and this isn't an aberration. Thankfully the video and gallery zip file sizes aren't overly large so the download waits aren't too bad. Still, I'm big on fast downloads so the speed is worth mentioning. One other note is that the in-browser WMV streams take quite a while to load/buffer (30-60 seconds or more).

Could Use Better Niche Browsing & Search/Filter Tools.

Individual shoot pages have niche tags (i.e. toy, boy/girl, etc) and there is a keyword search but I think there's room for more navigation tools. The keyword search brought back hit-and-miss results and there isn't an advanced search or filter tool to go to right from the get-go or on the model index.

Minor Negatives:

Very little model information is provided and there are no shoot details or summaries either.
There is a daily download limit however it is very liberal at 5GB (most videos here are only about 100MB and gallery zips are about 10-20MB).
Older pictures are slightly smaller at around 1024x683.

Bottom Line

A fun collection of panty content with solo/toy shoots along with some girl/girl & boy/girl too.

What's notable about Hot Panty Fun is that the site is relatively new having launched in early 2009 and they already have several hundred content items with a balanced amount of picture galleries and videos. The positives outweigh the negatives and what they have makes the site as solid entry in the panty niche section.
