Yappo is a funny name, but once you visit the site you'll see a pretty standard PPV site available there. Their slogan is "adult movies on your terms" which makes me chuckle a bit, since I assume a lot of people aren't using to paying per-minute for a WMV streaming video necessarily. They also offer video "rentals" which are a downloadable video good for 7-30 days depending on what you want to spend (an extra $8-$15). Otherwise, the site looks like most of the other PPV sites out there which means a lot of videos, a good-looking site, but probably a larger expense than you're used to spending on a porn site.
The goods:
- Streaming server is nice to have. Too often when you're paying per-minute, you're stuck watching stuff you don't want to see. Either you have to download the full video, or there's no way to jump around the scene easily. Thankfully Yappo includes a true streaming server here, letting you find the exact moments you want in the scene.
- Big site, even by PPV standards. Granted most PPV sites offer more content than your typical membership site, but at 32,000+ videos here, they're huge even in the PPV category. Sometimes the collection they offer is one of the few things setting one site apart from another, so it's good to see such a nice collection here.
- Huge daily updates. Once you find the one page that lists the dates, you'll see they add a ton of new DVD's every day currently. They probably update more than any site I've seen before, and I hope they keep it up.
The bads:
- Can get costly. They offer more of course, but you'll pay for it. The closest package I could find to a "typical" membership price here is the $28.84 deal that gets you 280 minutes of video. While it gets you a decent amount (almost five hours of video), it doesn't quite compare to the smaller membership DVD sites where you get all 2,000+ videos (15,000+ minutes) for $20-$30.
- Streaming videos only obviously. While they do offer downloads here, they're in the form of a rental which costs extra as mentioned before. For the most part, you'll buy your package of minutes, and you're stuck only viewing them on the site here. Of course that's just the way these PPV sites work, but it's something that holds them back I'd say.
- Update dates hard to find. They don't list them on many of their main pages, but if you hit the new releases link, you'll see them finally. I wish they'd throw the dates in on any pages that display content.
Conclusion:
In the end, Yappo is a decent site for what it is, but you'll always be stuck with the drawbacks a PPV site brings with it. They do offer a lot of content, and the videos usually look pretty good, which is what's most important. I wouldn't say there's much here that's overly original that helps is stand out, but they do all the basics pretty well which is good enough for most people.

It's business as usual here at Yappo, and much remains the same from our last visit around these parts. The collection is still huge of course, even bigger than last time around. A few dates have been added for the most recent additions, and though it's a bit haphazard, they seem to add a lot here fairly often of course. Otherwise, there's not much to report on, and you should take a look around to see if anything works for you here - there's bound to be something you like with all they have to offer!
Score decreased from 88.5 to 86.5.

It looks like business as usual here at Yappo, with the only real change I see being a ton of new DVD's since our last visit. In the last year, I think they've added more DVD's here than most sites have in their collection total from the past few years. That's an impressive feat, and they're close to hitting the 50,000 DVD mark which is almost unheard of. The rest of the site remains the same, which is generally a good thing. The cost is the one big drawback here, but at least you can partake in as little or as much porn as you like here I guess.
Score increased from 86.5 to 87.0.
