X Rated Amateur Movies is a hardcore site with an emphasis on the amateur niche and movie content. As you can see in the TBP site facts they do have picture galleries too but the videos are the main focus here. The guest tour has a decent collection of thumbnail pic samples of the performers and episodes that'll give insight into the style of what's offered.
The Goods:
- Nice Mix of Hardcore Action. While amateur is the stated niche in the title the action includes a nice mix of hardcore and softcore shoots. Hardcore makes up the bulk of the material with everything from one-on-one banging, blowjobs, anal, groups, and more. There are some solo shoot as well.
- Videos Categorized for Browsing. Site navigation is built mostly around different content sections. It's possible to browse by softcore or hardcore; teens, 20 something, mature; or anal, big boobs, groupsex, girl/girl, solo. There are also further more specific sections like deeptrhoating, creampies, and freaky sex.
- Good Update Info on All Content. The member’s home page includes information on recent additions along with a handful of the upcoming items that will be added in the near future. Each movie has date added info clearly posted along with model name, shoot title, and a written summary of the action.
The Bads:
- Average Vid Quality & Options. This is definitely the biggest weakness I found on the site. The videos quality is really run-of-the-mill as far as paysites go and the single format is WMV. The movies are only in clip segments without any full-movie files available. The movies are what they're selling so it hurts that the video options and quality are not really impressive.
- Many Familiar Non-Amateur Performers. There's always some leeway given to porn sites when it comes to promotion of 'amateur' or 'teen' content since they're used so often in the biz. However, a lot of X Rated's movies don't really fit with the amateur nature of the title as there are a lot of recognizable porn performers in shoot that aren't overly amateurish. Some do fit the bill but many do not.
Conclusion:
X Rated Amateur Movies has a decent amount of content and is updating regularly so those are good to see. I'd have to say the wide array of hardcore action was a pleasant surprise that helps make the movies more fun. The lack of full-movie files and the video quality is where the big negative comes in. Most surfers are getting used to higher quality vids and more viewing options so that's where improvement is most needed.
