XonDemand looks like most every other paysite out there when you hit their tour homepage. They've thrown up some generic content as teaser photos, and basically let you know that they're a PPV-type site with almost 20,000 videos up right now. Since it's a PPV site, you can actually browse through most of the site on your own as well, which is a good idea to see what they offer. They have various price options of course depending on how much you want to spend, but $25 will get you 250 minutes, giving you an average price of 10 cents a minute for their videos.
The goods:
- WMV videos can look decent. There are a few sites out there with slightly better video quality, but this should be pretty good for most people out there I'd think. I preferred to stick with the WMV files over the Real Video options as they just looked better all around to me.
- Decent-sized PPV site. PPV sites are very large in nature to begin with, and XonDemand is one of the larger PPV sites out there. They boast almost 25,000 videos up so far, which is just a lot of porn!
- At least you can pick two categories at once. They took a small step ahead of a lot of other video sites by allowing you to find videos that fall into two categories instead of just one (say Asian and blowjob for instance). You are stuck with their categories however, which seem to missing some basics like lesbian and threesome/orgy.
The bads:
- Real Videos don't look so nice. They come in four quality options, but even the highest one is only up to 512kbps which is pretty low in today's world. I'd definitely stick to the WMV files when possible, though once in a while you'll find some new videos popping up without the WMV option for some reason.
- Updates aren't dated. It's tough to tell how often the site is added to, which could be daily for all I know, since they don't offer any dates on anything. At this point, with so much content up already, I'd even just be happy with an updates page with the last month of updates or something.
- PPV model is always more expensive. No matter how you slice it, $25 here will only get you four hours (and ten minutes) of video, where other sites will get you hundreds of DVD's for that price, or less. You'll always spend more at a site like this if you watch a lot, but you can also find more unique studios as well
Conclusion:
As far as PPV sites go, they're doing alright here. They have a lot to see, and it's a reasonable site to get around. The high cost of PPV sites hurts them as it does any other similar site, but in the end you can also get away with paying a lot less here if you just need a quick fix.

Things look pretty similar here as they did on our first visit at X On Demand. The basics all remain the same, but thankfully they've grown in the last couple years. Their content count is getting close to 6,000 DVD's, which isn't bad, though there are some similar sites out there with much more content overall. Quality is a little better, but still behind the times now, especially for a video site. Overall, it's decent, but pretty average for a PPV site for me.
Score decreased from 81.0 to 78.5.
