That's simply the nature of solo models that have content from a number of years and stuff ranging from studio shoots to candid. For instance the videos can be HD but also have levels of 640x480 or down to 320x240. Photos also can be up-and-down depending on the type or age of the shoot. The webcams archive do limit things to in-browser Flash streaming so they aren't downloadable like the standard model videos.

The appearance of the sites, content breakdown, and navigation does vary from site-to-site. It's part of the individual site theme however I think there's room for more of a member's area network hub. They have some of that with the cams and forum but additional network macro sections would help tie the group of sites together even more.

Updates can vary from site to site. There are a few stars that tend to add content less frequently or have some content sections that get rarer additions.
